The produce department folks -- Chad, Michael, and all the others -- are FANTASTIC. Produce is always super fresh, and the variety and flavors are spectacular. They truly stand behind their products and are always eager to help. Price is not really a driving force for us, but it is Walmart, and the prices are pretty decent. What keeps us coming back are the people and the great produce.

When I called the 1800 number, the AI insisted I had to go IN Person to the curb side pick up to get the refund (and no I could not get the missing item without filing a return). So I went in person, where no one answered the phone this time and no one was around to help. I called the 1800 number again...where finally it seemed, I was allowed to get a refund. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and I believe I will not use Sulphur Springs Walmart for online orders for quite a while.

I over heard the checker talking about how she knew lots of people who got sick from the vaccine - ok. Whatever. I'll just shop and ignore the idiocy. The shopping, however, was as bad as the hygiene and Covid precautions. The only ONLY bright spot is that they did have decent books but I didn't spend a lot of time there looking because I felt unsafe. They also have racist signage that was appallingly bad. One was a cartoon Ollie dressed as an Asian caricature. The other was advertising rugs and said "Oriental". Just blatantly bad. I'll not come here again.

I rather like this. However, growing up, my parents seemed to think that the place to go was Factory Connection. First let me say, I have mad respect for FC. In 2006 my parents gave me a $200 gift card to this store. Initially, I was a bit disappointed. While they are scattered about East Texas (basically exclusively), I lived in Denton at the time. I figured I would never use it. Fast Forward to 2014. I still had not used it. It was a printed receipt with a balance of $200. Over the years it had faded a bit. Also, FC had switched systems. Now it was all electronic. Despite this (it had no expiration date) the manager went above and beyond and got me my $200 credit. I will never forget it. They carry many brands that you cannot get out there (and honestly, may not want to - hence the minus 1 star) like Flypaper, Affliction, American Eagle, Polo, a bunch of paisley "Southern" brands I recognize and even had some of my favorite, Penguin. Though very little of it had the athletic/slim fit I needed. I did snag one shirt. The store is small and full. Summer was a great associate. The items are pretty deeply discounted. If you like the style of things they sell, certainly worth checking out.
