I have never encountered such poor patient service at a doctor's office throughout my entire lifetime. After waiting for over an hour in the patient waiting room where the front reception desk is located, I was finally summoned and designated to an examination room in which I waited for NEARLY TWO ADDITIONAL HOURS for doctor Yeggi to show up. While I was inquiring about my medical condition, the doctor abruptly walked out of the examination room right in the middle of our conversation without notifying me and before I could even complete my sentence. Upon concluding my visit on my way out, one of the medical assistants told me rudely "Hurry up, I need to go to lunch now". Her remark shocked me. They exhibited excessively rushed and stressed behavior, which made me feel terribly frustrated, anxious, and demoralized. To have the sheer audacity to make me wait almost three hours during my scheduled appointment and then being hurriedly ushered out of the building was dreadful and appalling.

Do not waste your time or money! If I could post a review with negative stars I would! I went in…read morefor pain in my right foot, which had been present for about 2 weeks. I'm no stranger to pain in feet, as a runner I've had previous fractures. Dr ordered weight bearing x rays. First place I was sent to turned me away claiming they didn't take those types of x-rays. Second place I was sent to didn't have the exact machine but rigged what they did have in order to mimic weight bearing. While I recognize that neither of my X-ray experiences reflect directly on the dr's office they should know exactly where to send me to get this procedure done. I had to chase down the xray results! I called the office two days after my appointment for information at which point I was told that the dr would be out of the office until Monday, this was a Thursday on a holiday weekend. The nurse/office manager told me that the radiologist saw no abnormalities but that Dr. Francois wanted to look them over because radiologists missed fractures 'all the time'. Fast forward to Tuesday, one week after initial appointment, still no call and no diagnosis or help! Called office again, was pretty much ignored. Had to get a patient advocate involved to get a call back! When I got a call back I was still given zero information about my foot other than there's no fracture. No diagnosis, no attempt to figure out a diagnosis, just yeah your foot hurts. I could have gotten better help had I set up an advice booth in the parking lot! It's clear he has no interest in actually helping patients. Go out of your way to find a dr that knows what he's doing!!! Dr. Francois did absolutely nothing other than write an order for an X-ray, measure my legs, and sell me a post op boot. They're super slow at returning patient calls (if at all) but boy are they fast at billing! I have plans to file complaints with my insurance company, BBB, healthgrades, pretty much any place I can file a complaint I will!
