The worst company I have ever had to do business with…read more These people do not care about the customers, they do not care about your back pain, they have no idea about customer service and are just money grabbing. I drove to their store, in severe pain, as I desperately needed a new office chair that would allow me to sit comfortably. I asked for their help with this. The first person I asked simply walked away. The next person came up and didn't say 'okay let me help you' or any words of empathy. Instead she said abruptly, 'How high is your desk?'. I told her I didn't know and she said 'Well, we can't help you then. Go home and measure it'. I told them I had the money to buy a chair there and then, I couldn't possibly drive to them again as I was in so much pain. With nobody offering to help me I then wandered around the shop and found a chair that felt very comfortable to sit in. I asked to buy it and they refused. It was an ex-display model and they suggested I order a new one, which would be more comfortable. It would take 6 weeks to arrive. When the chair arrived it was totally uncomfortable. I couldn't sit in it without being in pain. I phoned to complain and they said they wouldn't take the chair back and refused to give a refund or exchange. Eventually I got them to swap the over-priced new chair for the old and used display chair. Again they refused to refund the balance of money between the chairs (about £500). These people are quite disgusting to deal with. I advise you to avoid them at all costs.

This shop was a real find! Its tucked behind Cafe Bertorelli, in what used to be the old lighting…read moreshop. Full of lovely gifts, furniture, and beautiful jewelry. If ever i'm stuck for a gift, I know where I can always find something... in here!!! The staff are always helpful and friendly, and I always look forward to when they get their new seasons stock! Would recommend a visit or two!
