Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. My friend went in to…read moreexchange a pair of boots that were ordered online that were too small. The exchange should have been straight across as both pairs of boots were equally priced. My friend chose. Different pair as the pair originally ordered were not available in store. The associate that processed the transaction charged her an additional $55 dollars on top of what she'd paid. This is almost understandable as the boots were ordered on a BOGO 1/2 off deal and the associate was claiming she paid the smaller amount (not the case as the boots that were being exchanged were the "full price" pair). So my friend left annoyed somehow believing the associate was right or just tired of trying to figure out how she got there. Then the next night happened. This is where shit really hit the fan. My friend went back after looking over her receipt and realizing this should have been an even exchange with or without the Black Friday deals she used. So she talked to Myra. Myra is the worst management I have come across in my 29 years of life. She claimed that she couldn't fix the mistake as my friend walked out of the store claiming that she understood what happened. Ummm. No. After arguing with her for around 10 minutes Myra decided to threaten to call the police and kicked my friend out of the store. So she called me. I went to the store to try to help. Myra again said she couldn't do it and every time I asked her "why?" Her response was a head shake and an uh-uh. You know, kinda of like a child refusing to do something. She then threatened to call the police on me. I said "call them. I have yet to do anything illegal and at this point you are in the wrong." She pretended to pick up the phone as I continued to ask questions as to why she thought this was ok. "What if this was you being overcharged by $55?" her response, " I don't return things" so now I'm just annoyed and out to make a point. After proving every idiotic point she attempted to make wrong she finally gave in (30 mins later) and reimbursed most of my friends money. And I firmly believe that the only reason she finally gave in is because it was now 8pm and time to close the store. This woman was COMPLETELY unwilling to help refund my friends money after one of her associates messed up. Undoubtedly, the absolute worst experience I have had or probably ever will have.
