I bought from them because they had the color product that I wanted, even though it was a bit more than other stores. After I placed the order, they added on a $15 duty fee which was annoying. The product took a long time to arrive from europe and when it arrived it was damaged. Also, the product had no original tags as I would expect for a new product. It (backpack) was in a plastic bag which was wrapped in another plastic bag. No wonder it was damaged. When I asked for a replacement for the damaged product, they started what I can only describe as a deliberate attempt to make me give up. They wanted pictures, which I sent. Then they wanted ME to put in a claim for shipping damage, rather doing it themselves. Then they wanted me to ship the product back to Europe at my expense and they said that it would take several months before they could address it. DO NOT buy from them. Seriously.

Do Not buy from TRADEINN! worst customer service in the whole world. If you have an issue like I did they 100% refuse to help you or refund you. They respond to bad reviews by acting all concerned but that is all a front to make readers think it's all good. In reality I have had many correspondence with them and I am still out all my money and don't even have the broken item because I took it to the post office to file a claim like they instructed. They scanned it refused and took the package. TRADEINN then tells me that UPS (not USPS where I took it because they left it on my porch) shows it delivered without incident, yes it did to USPS. TRADEINN will not help you plan and simple! consider yourself warned DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I bought a Motorcycle item from Motardinn that's part of the Tradeinn group of companies, because the price was so good AND it was showing IN STOCK on their site. It turns out they did not have it at the time! They got it in stock 10 days after I had ordered it, and despite that, they would not refund me at least the $10 shipping cost as a sign of goodwill and ignored all my email requests. They MISREPRESENT whether they have the item in stock and how long it will take to ship it. BE CAREFUL! And then if you try to figure out what's happening, they continually ignore your questions and just cut and paste replies out of some training manual that has nothing to do with what you asked. Now, TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, I still do not have the item nor any meaningful tracking info that at least says when I can expect to get it... It would have been faster to order from China!!!

Avoid XXXX INN like the plague. Their advertisements are bait and switch. I thought I was going to buy two Orbi satellites (WiFi 6) and they only sent one. the price I paid was about double of a single that can be bought at legitimate companies but the price was just under double of most other places so it seemed like a good deal and they would accept slightly slimmer margin. However after a month of waiting for the product they only shipped me one unit. They said their advertisement had a typo and they would give me $40 for my troubles. Im out $190. Unfortunately this company seems to be based in Spain so I'm not sure how to bring them down except for letting people know they are managed by dishonest scum bags who deserve jail time

Complete ripoff. #tradeinn #ripoff #scam I made an order August 20, 2018. The payment posted to my account August 20. They sent an email that a package was created. Now it September 20 and the package still has not hit the post office for tracking. Only says a label has been created. Customer service is a joke. By chat or email, can't reach them in the phone, they just say we need more time. We are asking our shipping partner to look into it. If there was any customer service they would cancel the order, resend a new one, or just refund my money. Instead, I have to dispute it with my credit card company. Don't buy from them it is horrible. You will be sorry. Check out the bad reviews here and elsewhere. I wish I had. read more

I ordered a child's security chair from Kidinn on Oct 24, order no. 19550483, estimated time for delivery was Oct 30- Nov 4. A month has passed and nothing, the tracking site didnt change since OCT 28 saying it is on transport to my country. Neither Post NL and my local post office have information about the parcel. Customer services keep hanging up my calls the moment i give my order number and over email i keep getting the same answer, its due to covid and i should wait more but during this time i got tons of other WW orders and didn't have any issues. I can't take my kid anywhere without the chair and buying another one now is out of my ability. They dont agree to cancel my order even though it got lost and they don't have any idea where it is. read more

I ordered wheels on Apr 23, they shipped on Apr 24, and had an estimated delivery date of May 5-8. Well, It's now July 24, yes 3 months later, and still no product. And it cleared customs on June 7, so in the US 1.5 months ago. Every time I've contacted them, they just say sorry, it's shipping to the US during COVID and we can't control shipping timing. That may be true, but shipping delays existed for a month before I ordered, so should have changed estimated shipping. Also, when I look at the same product, estimated shipping to my address using the same shipping option is 2-3 weeks. I still haven't received mine and they say I could receive in 1-2 weeks? They know that's false and very deceptive. I finally contacted usps and they told me to file an inquiry as it might be lost. But said international shipping law says the shipper must also file an inquiry. When I asked them to do that they said we're in touch with usps to make sure my package arrived, but said nothing about an inquiry. After 3 months I have filed a dispute of payment with my credit card company. Total scam read more

This is the worst customer experience possible. My order has showed in a holding pattern in the Netherlands for over a month. There is no way to contact the company outside of a non-responsive chat bot. Avoid this company--they are a fraud. read more

Bought a product from this company and they did not list what country the product was located in. The arrival date was supposed to be two weeks ago. Turns out the It I purchased is being shipped from Netherlands what the... and its stuck in customs. When I inquired they said I should have been aware if would take much longer due to custom-really-they are the ones who gave an arrival date of two weeks ago. They also informed me that I should be prepared for more delays once product reaches us customs. Buyers beware! read more

Thought I was getting a great deal on bike tires and tubes. It's been a month and my tracking update still shows the Netherlands, from 3 weeks ago. Extremely unacceptable and the worst experience I've had with a company. Will never use again, once I get my money back!! read more

Order not delivered after 21 days. No contact number. Waited one hour forty minutes in an online chat, to be given no more information and to be told I had to wait 5-20 days for my order to arrive, a time period which had passed. The agent then left the chat. Definitely not worth the small savings over other much more reputable online shops. read more

Do not order from them for any reason. I ordered 2 bike tires on May 17th with an estimated delivery of June 1st. It is now August 18th and I have not received the order. Customer service is lousy. I have asked for a refund 3 times and they refuse to refund my money. Had to call credit card company to dispute the charges. Definitely a zero star company. 1 star is way too many for these crooks. read more

Ordered a wet suit almost a month ago. Tracking said it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of April and still haven't received it and there is no update on the shipping since the 24th. This business is a joke. Do believe every negative customer feedback and spare yourself. Allegedly, these guys are headquartered in Spain, Europe and it still takes them TWO weeks to deliver within the country. Seriously! I'm still waiting for my order paid for and placed online through one of their website fronts some 30 DAYS ago for a delivery in Continental Europe - I've had items delivered from New-Zealand faster than these clowns. Definitely not worth the couple of bucks you might save. read more

I was looking for a new TV, and the Techinn sub brand of Tradeinn gave helpful forecast of delivery dates, so I went ahead and ordered with them, as I had a limited window to receive the goods before going away. I received an email confirming despatch and delivery window of 2 days which suited my plans. How annoying when on the second of those days, when using the tracking tool of Tradeinn shipping partner, Eurodis to see the following message: "We are preparing your order for shipment" Tradeinn lied to me and raised false hopes that the delivery would happen as promised. Why would any honest company that respects the customer do this? read more

Bad shipping and customer service. American customers beware. Wow where should I start here? Now that it's (hopefully) over let me describe how hilariously not good (bad) my experience with Snowinn was Shipping (0/10): my order was confirmed 4/9, shipped 4/20, and arrived 5/26. Not only did it take almost two full months, but the shipping took about 3 times as long as the timeline provided at purchase. When the order did arrive, the box was beat up and the contents looked as if they had been reboxed. Not exactly confidence inspiring. Customer Service/Communication (0/10): during these delays I received 0 update on the status of my order. When I did hear back after reaching out, no solution was provided. It took 5+ messages of lip service and non-answers for them to provide me with an update and "solution" to the shipping delays. Their solution after tripling the delivery time was to provide me with a 5% off coupon... for reference when I purchased a similar product from AlpinStore and shipping was briefly delayed, I received 20% off and an apology... Bottom Line: the prices Snowinn has are difficult to beat, if you need something to arrive on time - take your business elsewhere. The phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to the quality of service and shipping from Snowinn. I am hoping that I can wrap this experience up by not having any issues with my product. God forbid I have to reach out again lol. Next time I feel like sending hundreds of dollars into the ether and crossing my fingers I might use that 5% coupon, but for now I'll give them 100% off of the revenue they could have generated from future purchases. read more

Oh my God!!! Horrible horrible experience. I warn all of you DO NOT go through them! It is not worth the hassle. First of all, their prices seem low but really you pay high shipping fees because it comes from a foreign location. The customer service is absurd/non-existent. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone for proper help. It has been such a huge mess, I cant even begin to explain. Just know, you have been warned!! read more

Now two weeks past expected delivery date. Tracking has said 'On-Flight to Canada' for past ten days. E-mailed TradeInn after two days without status updates on the tracking, and was told 'We sent it - bye.'. All follow ups ignored. PostNL who seems to be the original carrier says they are not, and simply forwarded the package. Canada Post says that if it arrived in Canada it would have been scanned. Both carriers indicated that the sender must contact the original carrier, which TrekkInn has essentially refused to do. So I ordered winter gloves on December 10th, and it is now January 16th (two weeks past expected delivery date), and I still do not have gloves. VISA has put a freeze on the transaction, but honestly, I just want my damn gloves. Stay far away from this company. read more

I purchased a jacket from their online store and paid an additional $19 USD for shipping as the website displayed the item would arrive on December 23-24, in time for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, the item had not arrived, and I was forced to rush to several stores on Christmas morning to get a gift for my dad. Tradeinn referenced their return policy and refused to refund my shipping costs to and from. INCREDIBLY DECEPTIVE to charge a customer MORE for shipping, as we are more willing to pay to expedite around the holidays. I was offered 5% off my order for my next purchase, which will never happen from this company again. I urge you to do the same. read more

Complete waste of time. Ordered something weeks ago and they said it was in transit to their distribution centre for the full two weeks that it was meant to have been delivered in, and then I contact them and they say apparently it's been delivered to the dispatch/distribution centre (with another 2 week delivery time added), and then a few days later I get an email saying "sorry, this product is out of stock". HOW DOES THIS BUSINESS RUN?! I only ordered a bottle cage! Not like it was a bike! Don't use this company because they don't care about you or your experience, they just want to scam you and take your money. read more

EITHER A SCAM SELLER OR UNTRUSTWORTHY FULFILLMENT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 pairs of Mid Length Sealskinz waterproof socks. They arrived after several weeks of waiting (about a month). I opened the package to find 3 pairs of Ankle Length Sealskinz waterproof socks. They aren't anywhere near the same as one is about 5 inches shorter than the other. I went to the website to initiate a return. In that process, it says that there is a simplified DHL process to return products. I could not find the expedited process and my return web page said I had "selected" to choose my own shipping company. I reached out to Tradeinn about this and received an email that told me "The return cost is at your own expense" and "Original delivery costs are refunded only if returns are for defective and faulty items, or incorrect item shipped". THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG ITEMS and then told me I had to pay to return them to Tradeinn. I waited 2.5 hours to chat with customer service (I was 31st in the queue when I started waiting) and they disconnected without chatting anything once I got to queue position 1. I was watching the chat when they disconnected it. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. AS BEST I CAN TELL FROM HOW I'VE BEEN TREATED THEY EITHER ARE A SCAM, HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR BOTH. read more

Worst COMPANY I ever experienced Worst COMPANY I ever experienced. I brought a jacket that cost $331.98 it arrived 8 weeks later with a broken zip. I contacted the company for a return address, they did not respond to any of my emails. So I returned the jacket to the address on the postage. It cost me $68 to return. After weeks of ignoring my emails for a refund the company said they would not pay for the return cost and I have still not got a refund months later for the jacket. Overall, they ripped me off $399 for damaged goods. This is a truly nightmare company. They NEVER respond to emails and when they do and you ask a question. You guessed it nothing!!! Zero. I put a review here and they got it taken down saying it was false. However, I sent all my purchase receipts in case tradeinn tries to take this review down. My order number on the invoice: 16972592 How can this company have time to take down legitimate reviews when they do not answer customer emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company needs to be taken to court. Read all the reviews on there and DO NOT BUY from Tradeinn or Snowinn. read more

Perhaps it was my own fault, but I didn't think that in case of a return that I would have to return it to Spain. I ordered a lightweight Gore jacket which arrived in about 10 days or so. The color didn't look like the what was on the website (as a professional photographer I use a color calibrated monitor) and so I sent it back. $24 to send back a $100 jacket and then they said they never received it. I guess I should have insured it but that would have cost me another $12.00. Lesson learned the hard way. So if you are in the U.S. I certainly wouldn't order from them. I ordered an air hockey table. On the day it was estimated to arrive, I checked and it hadn't been shipped. When it did arrive, the whole side was cracked and the motor had fallen off the underneath of the table (it was basically held on with small nails and glue). The product was cheap cardboard. Customer service was terrible. After asking for photos of the product and packaging, they honed in on a small dent in the outer box and claimed they couldn't accept a return and issue a refund as the box was damaged and we shouldn't have accepted the shipment. It was the smallest of dents and there was no way we could have known the item was damaged without opening the box. This company and its shipping agent no doubt have insurance to cover this cost, but it's easier for them to put it onto the customer. Even if they had accepted the return, we would have had to pay to ship the item back to them ($600) and then order the item again and pay for another round of shipping, as they informed us they do not give exchanges. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service! read more

Received this product damaged in the mail 10 days after ordering from BikeInn (TradeInn) website, as suggested by the site. Understand it comes from Spain, so delivery time was fine if the product was useable. The outer box had a hole and slightly out of shape, and upon opening could easily see the visor was cracked. I had a race event in 5 days, so typed my concern to this company within 20 minutes of picking up from postal office. I provided photos of the damage. Waited 4 days for a response that said "return department will look into it". Sent several more emails, photos, videos, but had no choice but to use the helmet for the event with broken visor. This helmet is sold out elsewhere, and no comments from BikeInn as to what process I should follow. I then received (1-2 weeks later) emails suggesting I contact their courier company and take issue with them! And then after I fought against that, they suggest I pay to return the unused product to Spain! Or accept $60 (a third of the cost of these visors on other sites). Then after arguing that these options just don't work and I require a replacement visor only (product has been used) or compensation for the visor so can purchase elsewhere, we are now 4 weeks after receipt of broken helmet with no resolution... waiting for another reply from Spain Support personnel. I have sent screenshots of other companies selling the visors (as Bike Inn refuse to confirm they have any in stock or that they can send a replacement, but rather ask for a return of the product before they address the issue!). I suspect customer service is random and nobody looks at the issue at hand... there is a reason they don't have contact phone numbers or support chat within their company... read so many bad reviews since purchasing with this company, WARNING WARNING WARNING! Don't buy! I've ordered a new visor (to ensure I have it for next race event, from another company for $185 including delivery. I await further discussions with BIKEINN and looks like will need to contact other parties to try and help get a fair outcome from BikeInn! read more

Would give 0 stars. Ordered on 10/27 and it said would arrive between 11/08 and 11/11. Fine, great. Then the website showed it was delayed, and delayed again, and then when I checked again, the estimated ship time disappeared completely. Their online support couldn't answer my questions, then it sunk in that it's likely a scam, or at best, a really horribly run company. I tried calling the number the agent gave me, and it was fake. Super sketchy. When I pressed (repeatedly) for an estimate, they said 3 more weeks. So what was initially estimated at 1.5 weeks, would be 5 weeks from the order date. Canceled my order. I'd stay the hell away from this place. Wish I had googled it before I ordered. I ended up ordering the same thing (ski jacket) from Evo, and I have to say, their customer service was impressive. I called to order since I didn't know the company well and didn't want to deal with another scam/headache. Evo seems great based on the service so far. Nice rep who ordered for me too, and honored a discount code for me that wasn't working online. read more

I'm not sure i would purchase anything from this company again. I ordered a size 9 (uk) Salomon ski boot. A size 8 arrived. I immediately visited the website and completed an on-line returns from. It's been 3 days now and i haven't heard a thing back. So not too impressed with the service. read more

Worse bike component vendor I ever deal with. Wasted two weeks of my time and their system showed order status of "Invoice and Shipped". However, from DHL tracking system, only showed "Shipment information received". After couple days of wondering, contact their customer support, and they replied they cannot ship the product I ordered to the U.S.. WTH is that? If I didn't contact you, when will you notify me your problem/issue, and if you cannot ship the product to the U.S., you shouldn't even let U.S. customers to place the order. My 1st and also the last to use this vendor. BE AWARE and stay away from them. read more

I ordered my item 6 weeks ago. Received an email from the courier service that they expected the package, but had not received it. That status remained there up till now. In the meantime I contacted their customer services several times. First I had to wait, then I had to fill in a form for the courier service to report a lost item. You receive no feedback. Two weeks have gone by, no contact from them anymore. I see on google that they are now permanently closed. Avoid! Scam! read more

I would recommend anyone to avoid this website as it seems to be a scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes more than two months ago but still haven't received them: every time I check my order status or speak to customer service I am told that "the shoes should be with us in a few days and we will then be able to ship them". Except that every time, on due date, the shipping date is postponed again. They have been playing this game for 2 months now and have put me into trouble as I had to buy other shoes to be able to complete some races. Not sure I will ever get anything from them so I have now canceled my order, hoping to get a refund one day! read more

I accidentally ordered a second pair of shoes with my purchase. When attempting to return, I was expected to pay the return shipping expense -- which is fair. However, the shoes cost $89.95. Return shipping was going to run a minimum of $90, according to UPS. I attempted to contact customer service but only received the same copy/pasted answer via e-mail. I called in, and they were unwilling to help in any way or even investigate possible solutions. This is simply not how business should be done. I'm both disappointed and frustrated. read more

This is a review for their technology side all the positive reviews I've seen have been for the sports side so maybe that's better. Took 3 months to get here with no shipping updates and horrible customer service. They have attempted to take down my reviews on multiple sites for being "fraudulent" even though I use the same email and name for the reviews as I did my order. I have tried to return it as I caved and bought it elsewhere but they've been no help so $200 down the drain. Save yourself and do your research. read more

I have to say they are literally the worst company ever!!!!!!!!!! I ordered the folding bike I called immediately to get the tax return documents they never answred, sent 5 mails and called every single day they did not answer till the bike arrived and then somehow it was my fault.... not sure if they know meaning of costumer support at all!!! Secondly I ordered dahon folding bike which came with cheap Chinese pedals, one of them is not even folding.. I filed a claim its almost 72 hours past they did not even answer... I really do not know what to do! I can literally sew them on how they talked with me. insane!!!!!! JUST DONT BUY FROM THEM, JUST DONT! Serious quality control issues. The shipment arrived timely enough but... they shipped: - A broken derailleur in a new box claiming it was brand new. This could have been Shimano's mistake but I highly doubt it. - an XT shifter that did NOT match the description in the website. It arrived with no clamp and was therefore useless - an XTR chainring that did NOT match the description and was indeed an outdated and incompatible design. read more

Expected delivery was supposed to be in 3 days, now more than 2 weeks have passed, order tracking is not working and after dozens of attempts to contact customer service (no way to communicate to a person, only with their stupid bots) they are unable to provide any information about the status of my order. I'm compelled to write this review after the wonderful experience I've had with the Tradeinn motorcycle shop (Motardinn). I recently purchased a leather motorcycle jacket from Motardinn. Since I hadn't heard of Tradeinn but became acutely aware the company was headquartered in Spain based on their website; I made the payment using PayPal as a precaution. While awaiting my shipment, I decided to search online for reviews for other customer experiences. Needless to say, had I read even half of the negative reviews which are liberally spread online about Tradeinn and it's varied subsidiaries, I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. However, today I received my leather jacket and it was everything I could have hoped for at a fraction of the cost major US based online retailers are charging!!! I would caution anyone who is potentially reconsidering purchasing products from Tradeinn or one of it's subsidiaries to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Upon placing my order, I was immediately provided estimated shipment and delivery dates for my package. At first I was skeptical that the site and my item was not legit because of the reviews here. But still I ordered because I was so desperate of getting the bag I wanted for so long and only found it on this website. After anxiously waiting for tracking/delivery updates, my bag was a day late in delivery. But that's because of my local post office and Tradeinn has no control over that. Still the delivery was fast even though it was overseas and I'm on the other side of the world. (NOTE: You cannot blame Tradeinn for delivery delays or etc. They have totally no control over that.) Will surely order again from this website. Cheers for the good work! Ordered a Helly Hansen skiing jacket from them as they were the only one to have it in this color and also at a good price. Chose DHL delivery as I needed it delivered quickly. If I had read all the reviews here I might not have ordered. However they (and DHL) delivered as promised. Good experience. Ordered friday night late. Order was processed Saturday, picked up by DHL on monday and delivered on Tuesday in the Netherlands. No complaints here. read more

Didn't realize I was ordering from overseas until my package arrived through the Netherlands. But I got a great price for a new pair of Altra running shoes during the pandemic. Took about 1-1/2 weeks to arrive -- not bad! Shoes are awesome. Looks like some items don't go so well, but running shoes do! read more

It seems that a lot of people had a poor experience, but I have to say that my goods arrived in great condition also within the promised delivery time.
