There workmanship is sloppy and they add extra embroidery that you don't ask for (this has happened on multiple items). The worst part is that their staff is rude. The blonde working the register is never happy or acting like she wants to help when you go in. One of the other employees is overly loud with a foul language mouth. There are other shops in town and our business will go there from now on.

I believe the organization may sustain its greatest revenue by trying to get rid of items at a decent price versus asking higher dollar and on a select items. There are no longer special shopping days at the turn of the season. I am uncertain of who took over the new business model but I can for sure tell you it doesn't seem appealing.
