Everything we waited on was from subs that couldn't get materials. We still were in our new house in a timely manner. We were very happy with most sub contractors and the ones we hand a problem with, the project manager made sure everything was made right. We've been in our home for 3 months now and we absolutely love it. El cap listened to our ideas and design and made sure we got everything we wanted even if it meant doing extra work to make it right.
