The lady that helped us as soon as we got there at 7:45am on a Wednesday morning...if i could go back n kiss her i would! We broke down the night before in Blaeberry (ya what a name right???) with a flat and had a horrible experience with being broke down on the side of a highway and a useless rental service "caa" (supposedly) coming to our "rescue" (we ended up doing most of the work). Anyways long story short ...traumatizing until we got to Revelstoke...and upon the helpful advice of a nearby 7-eleven Aussie employee we came upon this place .... And they are the saviours of our journey. No exaggeration. That first lady (we presume the boss) was fantabulous and seriously made us feel so reassured..so calm...so listened to. I highly recommend these guys if ur in the area ...they did an oil change and fixed our tire for a super reasonable price and super quality service in a super timely manner! We were back on the road in less than an hour and a half after showin up before they even opened and they did their super best to help us! When I asked them if they could take me they said yes, I asked what time they told me just make it in when you could. The day of the inspection we left on time and on our trip we kept getting held up for construction on highway 1, when we had a better idea when we would be in town I called to notify them what time we would be and they said it would be close but ok to come in. Well the business didn't UPDATE their address so we went to the old one downtown which made us even more late by 15 minutes. By the time the manager finally got off the phone which was another 10 minutes later he wouldn't even come out to talk to me at first he kept getting his worker to do it. Told them to tell me I could rent a hotel and do it tomorrow. I explained my situation and said hey if they couldn't have taken me I was ok but they wasted 30-45 minutes of my time and I could have found another business willing to do it. He kept fighting me and I was ok with walking, but he did a super JERK move knowing he was going to pick my ride apart and find any little thing to fail it! Well that's what he did and we were out 2 hours and $200. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone coming here because I have never met a business that says just come by whenever then gets mad when you do show up a little late on their own behalf of not updating their address for people to know. Next time just be upfront and tell someone you can't do it instead of waste our time and money.

They not only found the spike we apparently ran over on the logging road earlier but had and gave us a spine key for the rest of our trip. I can't thank these guys enough! We were in a bind with our Van having shifting & speedometer…read moreissues in the middle of our 2 week mtn biking road trip through BC. Tony & Colin were great! You just don't see that level of caring and attention put into auto repair these days. Our van is a unique rig, and Colin put in a lot of effort to find schematics to help him troubleshoot our issue. They were thorough enough to have the confidence in their diagnosis and solved the problem in one shot. Given our van was from the US, further effort was required to track down a USDM spec PCM that matched. They managed to get it fast tracked to the shop and had us back on the road in 2 days! They even allowed us to limp our van back to camp while we waited for the parts to arrive. Superb customer service and all-around awesome team. I was also extremely pleased with the reasonable price I was charged in a situation where they could have easily taken advantage of us. Wish I could bring this shop back to Portland with me!!
