They…read morerented me a filthy apartment that I had to put in a work order before ever moving into the dump. The kitchen sink was broken, no water, walls had leaks and were soft, bugs in bathroom, oven wa and stove were C caked with su sticky grease and burned on food, old toothpaste splatter on bathroom mirror, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink in a smoke free building, walls crumbling under the electric baseboard heaters, kitchen cabinets still had food spills all over them not to mention black filth around handles and pulls, paint all over the floors, toilet was dirty, window sills were filthy, and blinds were falling off windows, and it smells like a stale astray, again, in a smoke free building. Those are just to name "some" of the issues. And I have to say, they never and I repeat, NEVER, took me up to "view" the apartment before having me sign all the paperwork. I've never rented an apartment before so this was all new to me and didn't know what to expect. Called to talk to property manager, was told to place a work order, not even moved in and I have to place a work order!!! For things that should have been done, before it was even rented to a new tenant!! Common sense!! So I called corporate 3 times now, had to leave message, no return call. called HUD, same damn thing. Have to pay rent in 3 days, STILL HAVE NOT MOVED IN BECAUSE OF NO WATER!!!! humanity, please wake up and do better then this!! again, this is a zero star rating not a one star

I have been talking to the managers for years to do something about it and the residents are still smoking in the building. I smell cigarette smoke in my apartment everyday. I have COPD but that doesn't seem to matter to them. Secondhand smoke can make my disease worse. It is the law that smoking is prohibited from smoking in this building or any like it. I would not recommend this apartment complex to live in especially if you have a disability.

The appliances are old and when they break you're given an older one. Right after I moved in, they started updating all the condos as people moved out. The parking lots are cracked and uneven. Weather strip on garage has been "fixed" 3 times and still doesn't seal. Storm door keeps falling apart. Doesn't seal. Interior door is crooked. I've tried to get on list for upgraded condos for two years and they always say no. Pros. Maintenance guys are nice and professional. Utilities are efficient and easy on costs. Ladies in office are nice. It's not the workers, it's the company I'm sure. I'm 62 and a disabled vet. My rent goes up with nothing to show for it. Just sad.

I've passed by this place several times, and have honestly wanted to live here for a while. Though…read moreI haven't lived here, I can say that the area is spectacular. These are more of Town Home like apartments with a garage. They do have lower end buildings but you pay for what you get, that is what you have to keep in mind. I do believe they accept pets as I have seen many people walking them around the area, but I have no for sure evidence of this. I do only know of one person that has lived here, and they have always lived in a more upper class community, so they acted like it was an alright area to live. I do believe there is a gym and many other features, and they DO have everything listed on their site, and as far as I am concerned, everything they state is legit. If someone has a more in depth review to post on these apartments, please feel free to correct me, however as far as I have seen, there is nothing really wrong with this community.
