Right as we were arriving my dog caught his nail in the seat of my car and tore it to the quick. He was bleeding and was really freaked out. They just feel really comfortable with her and you can tell she is patient and kind with them. My dogs also shed soooooooooooo much. Once they come home from being groomed we can't find a single loose hair on them! She's also very friendly, accommodating, and nice to work with. Her prices are fair too, she puts in a lot of time and effort with them. It's more expensive than going to petco, but WAY worth it.
