Last Tuesday evening (8/12/2025) while…read moreriding in a 39 rider 4-day- 360 mile fundraiser for families of fallen Police Officers, (which I explained to the person who answered the phone) my rear hub malfunctioned at 5:30pm in Manistee. I called and asked if Spindrift would stay open for another 10 minutes and take a look at my rear hub so I could ride the next 2 days ( Which I worked hard to raise $$$ for). The person on the phone checked with the two mechanics /owners or whomever and both said "NO". so much for customer service-- on a TUESDAY Evening!! So I called Trailhead Bike Shop--- and they waited around for me and fixed my bike so I could continue to ride for those that have died protecting us. Shame on you Spindrift.....
