Under the name Pure West now with Steve Dooling broker, an agent who cares nothing about your investment or biggest transaction in your life, it's not the place to do businesses. Greedy or lazy, not caring about deals less than a million $, he valued my home at $170k which I sold 8 months later for $245k. Dangerously incompetent or just wanting to move " inventory" faster, he was playing with my lifelong fruits of hard work, effectively cheating me out of $75k (!) for a quick deal.
