Great company dedicated to helping veterans. Helped me go from 30% to 90% disability rating.

Did everything they could and everything that they would do. However ask them for an appeal and they can't help you. However they will take credit for it. They got me from 70 to 80. Everything else was deferred(later denied) or denied immediately. The VA messed up and gave me 100 and realized they were wrong and about took it away immediately. If it wasn't for another claim I had put in with the DAV prior to using Trajector. Now instead of being done with my bill, they tacked on another $7200 to my bill. read more

Trajector is good at what they do for most Vets, but the amount of money they charge (5 times) the increase is a bit much (I think). It's good to help Vet's that protect their right, is outrageous, they should lower their price quite a bit. The people that as for their assistance need these funds to live, they can't afford to pay those prices. read more

Beware!! Trajector medical is terrible! I should've looked at reviews first, I was just super busy and thought they would do the "hard" part. Boy was I wrong!! High, unreasonable fees, a LOT of annoying phone calls, texts & emails. I have a legit knee condition that warrants an increase, I exit the Army on 10% service connected since the Army did my Knee ACL surgery 35 yrs ago, chronic pain and instability since. This lousy service did NOT even pursue an evaluation of my worsened condition and how it has impacted my quality of life...instead they pushed hard for all sorts of "mental" type things and I am NOT going to lie to just get a higher rating and possibly negatively affect my current job! Absolutely ridiculous and I would encourage veterans to use the many free services that will actually work hard on your behalf. I would give a negative star rating if that were possible!!! Trajector Medical was recommended to me by a good friend to help me increase my 40% disability. Their experience was invaluable when they assisted me in explaining the impact of my disabilties and completing and submitting the appropriate claim forms. They explained what would happen when I would go to the compensatory exams and followed up afterward. As a result of this process, my disability was significantly increased to 90%. Filing VA claims requires work but their services couch you through the process and provide accountability to keep you on tract. I recommend their services to help you take action to get your benefits. read more

Stay away from Trajector Medical, use the American Legion instead. Trajector uses canned medical evidence and they do a rather poor job of putting your package together. They missed/omitted MOS's, dates of service, injury locations, etc. The worst part was - they have fluent English speaking reps till they get your signature on the contract. Even though you keep requesting fluent English speaking reps, you won't get them, and, unfortunately, their fee of 5 times your monthly rating and future rating increases is ridiculous robbery for what they do. Of the 22 service connected conditions, 12 were denied, 6 were deferred, 1 a 0%, 1 at 10%, 2 at 20%. 10% has no monetary value. read more

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. I've been in contact with the VA and they stated that what this company is doing is illegal. This company is on the list of "Shark companies". This company did nothing to help me. On my first call with someone named Devon, he buttered me up to make me feel like they will hold my hand throughout the whole process until you sign the contract. They've scheduled appointments with me that they were late to and missed. There were times where I had to call to remind them of appointments that we were supposed to attend and one of their excuses was that they lost power in Puerto Rico. They did absolutely nothing that a 6 year old couldn't do. All they did was write down what I said; for example: (I have knee pain, writes down knee pain; I have back pain, writes down back pain), etc. They then schedule an appointment with a so called medical provider over the phone which the VA stated is illegal because you cannot perform a medical evaluation over the phone and you could've been speaking to anyone. All the medical provider did what read out what they wrote on the paper which was the same stuff that you could've written down yourself which they claim to be their "medical evaluation"; and this appointment is right before your C&P exam. Trajector then schedules a follow up appointment with you for after your C&P exams to see how it went but they didn't show up. I tried calling them but no one would pick up. I had more C&P exams coming up but Trajector was no where to be found to help me. I tried sending my questions through emails but still no response. The only email that I started receiving from Trajector is "Have you received your decision letter yet?" and they've kept harassing and spamming me with this decision letter email ever since. I tried reaching out to them again and again but still nothing. I finally got a hold of someone and I was begging for assistance only for the person on the other line to not speak English whatsoever. This person had a strong foreign accent. Then I got a hold of another person who said that they will call me back in 2 hours to work out my situation, but I didn't get a call back except another email asking about my decision letter. After that phone call, that was the last time I ever heard from Trajector because it felt like I was working with a brick wall. I started doing more research on this company, only to find out that their workers are mainly overseas (India, the Philippines, etc.) These are the people who have access to your sensitive information especially your Social Security number. There are veterans who has the exact complaints about this company but Trajector keeps deleting their reviews and comments or flushing out their 1 star Google reviews about their scams so that you won't see it. I had no choice but to reach out to other Vets for guidance who directed me to the CFR 38 to do my claims myself. Once I got more knowledge on the CFR 38, I decided to file my claims on my own. Months later, guess who pops up back into my life, TRAJECTOR MEDICAL. I receive an invoice through email from Trajector for $10,000 for work that they claim they did. And guess what? They sent me this invoice BEFORE I received my decision letter. So how did they come up with that number without going into my account? Because I've asked them in the past "Do you guys have access to my information like my claims?" and they stated no. They are taking responsibility for work that I did myself; even the claims that I filed before I met them. To this day, they are still harassing me and calling me everyday through unknown numbers, and toll numbers. They told me that I have to pay them for their "UNKNOWN WORK" but when I told them that I don't feel comfortable in working with them after realizing that their workers are actually overseas and I don't want to work with them they told me "It doesn't work that way." They demanded a screenshot of all my decision letter within the last 12 months (which they never stated at first), a screenshot of my VA account to see if I have any more pending claims which the VA also stated are all illegal. You are handing your information to people who are overseas. Here's one last thing, I've been told by many other Vets that even if you pay them off, they still come after you even after filing new claims on your own because they will now say that you received that new claim because of us. read more

I had an outstanding outcome with them. They helped me get from 30% to 90% rating. That is the good part. But read on. They do what they say they are going to do. That is certain. They communicate with you well, maybe too well. Sometimes the communication is so frequent that you get multiple texts, email and even calls from different team members about the same issue / topic in a short amount of time. It appears at times that the left hand is not talking to the right hand. Eventually, this became annoying to me. This mostly applies to the support team and not to the strategy folks and medical review folks. The support team members also seemed to be calling from an overseas call center with English as a second language. This made communication difficult sometimes, especially when conversing using military and medical terms. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant, so that was good. The medical review and strategy parts went very smooth, though the attention to detail could have been a little sharper. I had to correct things a couple of time - because they were using templates/forms and didn't necessarily listen fully or maybe didn't understand fully - or, maybe I wasn't clear. The con, and why I gave 3-stars, is that they charge a lot and this is not really hard, once you know how it works. They are upfront about the charges so no problem with that. Just know they are not inexpensive. That said, it is extremely disappointing that veterans have to go to an outfit like Trajector in the first place. The VA disability claim system is adversarial and not especially easy to figure out on your own. Which is where companies like Trajector come in and provide an important service, that shouldn't be necessary. Too bad DAV is not as helpful as they're supposed/should be. They could do what Trajector does and it wouldn't cost the veteran 5 months of increased payment. It really isn't that difficult, once you see how the VA system works. They use templated form responses to the various type claims you can make, and then add in the details of your particular disability. They make completing the forms and uploading them to the VA super easy - that is their forte. If I had to do it again. and my advice if you are reading this, especially if you have multiple claims to submit, avail yourself of Trajector for their assistance, but only for one or two of the claims. Learn how the process works and then do the remainder on your own. They get business and earn some revenue. Along the way they teach a Veteran how to "fend" for themselves so to speak. And since they are all about serving the veteran community, they'll do a great service. For you - you'll save money on the claims you submit on your own and won't be miffed when you have to remit a big payment to them. It is a win-win. read more

At first approach they sound great. This is not true. I worked with them and they not ONLY didnt assist with questions regarding filing the claim, they are impossible to reach on a follow up. My "caseworker" misspelled basic information. I called and complained consistently then I had a retired captain reach out and asked what they could do, I told them I want NOTHING from them. No contact, no access to my information and files, and that I wont pay them a dime. He agreed and apologized and I THOUGHT that was the end of it. They have continued to call me stating that I owe them MONEY FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED. I fortunately saved my conversation with there employee so I know im covered but they will not help you. They will create more work for you. They will make the claims process harder. Do NOT work with this company. Honestly. What hurt the most with this company was that they asked what happened in detail. To account for every event that caused you the most pain. To have to face those AGAIN because of they mistakes they made, hurt. read more

I went through the hour of the lists of all the issues i have and could have. Finally made it to the we need your social security number and home address. I explained that i would not give that until i see the contract on what you will perform and how much it will cost. The guy kept saying we cannot send contract without those items. I said then no thank you and hung up. He called back and started to argue with me why i should go with them and how many vets they have helped and why i should do all these things. I told him i would not. He continued to say we will keep your information and we will continue to call whether you want us to or not. What an F-ing pain in the ass. They have already called back twice and sent 5 emails. Do not call or even log into their site. Another bunch of scammers and bad sales people Don't prey on vets, just be honest and help us where you can. We can do the rest. read more

I've been trying to appeal a claim since 2011 that was denied several times until I eventually quit trying. Then in 2022 I started working with Trajector Medical when I met a fellow USAF vet who raved about them. I was able to get the ball rolling again when Trajector gave me prompts to submit whatever forms and evidence they developed and got up to 80% so I'm extremely thankful for that - even though most of explanations I got for my questions were very vague and unclear - and I paid about $10,000 (expensive), as agreed upon. However, after I completed my payments all of a sudden they tell me they could no longer help me. They said it's their policy that they no longer help after a second round of claims. So they were never able to help me with my appeals (my original conditions). I was extremely surprised and distraught about this news as they could have told me that during all those months I thought they were still developoing evidence for my appeal. Bottom line, I feel like they just dropped me cold after they got their money. Now I have to find someone else to help me. read more

***UPDATE*** April 19th 2024 After 3 months of no contact with them, having to file the appeals by myself and getting my increase by my lonesome, they sent me an invoice charging me for the services they didn't do. For the past week they have spam called and emailed me nonstop to try to get payment. After a couple of heated conversations telling them to stop contacting me, I finally got in contact with someone with some helpful (Steven Dirga). I uploaded my decision letter showing I did the appeals myself, after I uploaded it they sent my account to close. January 3rd 2024 I've been working on my disability for about 6 months now and they are the worst at getting back to you. They do not answer and when they do they set up a phone appointment. The days of the phone appointment they never call and I get a confirmation email asking how the call was. This has happened multiple times. I'm at the point where I have the medical evidence to appeal myself and will probably go through with it myself because they don't answer (Saves me from having to pay them the 4 times the increase plus interest). Also they ask you to upload your decision letters and active claims, well I did and they keep saying I'm missing stuff when the VA.gov website clearly told me that all the claims I had filed for. Now here I am, January 3rd still waiting for my phone call appointment from December 28, 2023. I've tried calling with no answer from the direct line or the battle buddy. At this point I feel like they could just be taking veterans information. read more

Got my first claim from 20 to 60% done quickly and I really thought they were hot stuff. Then the games began. Paid the 5 month increase fee, and they started putting me in for other claims, none which had anything to do with my primary disabilities. No contact with the "medical department" was ever achieved. After multiple attempts, the POST deadline was a month away so I switched to the local VA to get my claim in before the deadline. They are still claiming I owe them money even after the $5000+ i paid after the first increase. They did handle the paperwork, but other than that, the only people I ever talked to was someone working from home reading canned statements off their computer. The only call back I ever received when trying to contact anyone was from their collections department. If you want a shotgun approach to claims, they work great. If you are trying to address certain injuries or something that is time sensitive, good luck. read more

*BEWARE* In lieu of providing an undeniable, extensive, flowing, well-documented narrative that reflects reprehensible, unchanging patterns of deflection and dissension throughout the entire process that commenced in March of 2022. The first pattern of deflection is the well documwell-documentedented emails back-and-forth between multiple Trajector employees, from Friday, March 18, 2022, through Wednesday, November 22, 2023, that perpetually ask for documents that have been sent and verbally confirmed received by proactively calling and speaking with individuals stating to be supervisors. The requested documents have been sent via direct email and the secure server to no avail on too many occasions. The customary habitual responses to the missing Decision(s) letter are: "We're missing pg. 2!" "We didn't receive all the pages!" "Do you have the submission confirmation?" "Who did you send it to?" However, the inability to handle certain requests, such as appropriate times to call, returning calls, and even providing the contracted services at all, has become exhausting. Repeated requests to discuss these issues have been completely ineffective. I find it necessary to discontinue this one sided professional relationship that lacks accessible effort. I have since sent a certified receipt letter requesting immediate termination of the contract and the removal of personal information. Conclusion: Don't ignore the initial red flags because they will be a constant, unchanging pattern. Therefore, I must expect complete dissolution from Trajector Medical. read more

If you have a bad review to Vet comp and Pen, it's probably because you didn't do your part if the paperwork and help them help you, orrrr you don't really need to talk to vet comp and pen and you're just looking for a handout. Vet Comp and Pen isn't going to magically find stuff to make you money just because you served. VC&P is a law firm that assists with the necessary paperwork and avenues needed to navigate the VA system in order to receive the appropriate benefits. If you know the system yourself, you don't need them and can do it on your own. If I require assistance in getting your benefits, these folks will absolutely help out. But you have to do your leg work as well. I give them 5 stars. read more

The VA process can be extremely difficult to navigate. Having an organization available to assist us veterans with what we deserve brings peace of mind. The staff was very patient with all my questions. They made the process less intimidating.

This place is horrible, great sales pitch and super friendly at first contact but after that expect each follow up call to be someone from a call center in India. English is hard to understand with accents and by the results of their work, I don't think they understand the language fully either. Majority of the work is done by you, there was an hour and a half phone interview to go over all my g co conditions and how things have gotten worse and even conditions that have not gotten worse but are just service connected. They are supposed to write ip your story like you tell them but when they sent it back to review I found embellishments and things added that were never said. Also on important issues they were totally left out. As an example, they made up stuff about GERD that is under control and isn't a growing or worsening condition and totally forgot to write up my uncontrolled BP and heart condition. When they send you documents to read, correct or approve, they are up your rear calling you within five minutes to get the stuff back, worse than telemarketers. Google reviews make them look good but those can be taken down by the company if they complain, yelp tells the story real story. I fired them ! read more

Please Please do not use this company. File for upgrade yourself before going out to hiring this type of company. I used Vet Comp Pen and they did very little if anything to help me get my upgrade but took 9K dollars of my money. After contacting them several times to get all the evidence they provided to help me get the upgrade, all I get is disconnected calls and people of don't know anything. This has been going on for months. I'm amazed that these type of companies are allowed to prey on Vets. I filed a complaint through the better business of Florida. I would recommend you go there to read all the complaints. They currently have a "F" rating and I see why. I'm really thinking about contacting my congressman and the Veterans Affairs committee in Washington to have them start an investigation on these companies ripping off vets. Do not use this joke of a " company "! They are a complete scam. I signed with them in March 2020. It is now November 2020. I haven't heard from them since i signed in March. Nothing! No emails or calls about appointments, what to do or what to say. Ive been to 3 Dr's appointments in the past 8 months, with 0 communication or guidance from them. 2 out of the 3 things have been denied. The easiest one, my tinnitus, has been increased. I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the practices of Trajectory Medical. This organization seems to be more interested in exploiting veterans for profit than genuinely supporting those who have served our country and protected our freedoms. As a veteran, I expected to be treated with the dignity and respect that my service deserves. Instead, I encountered a company that preys on the vulnerabilities of those who have sacrificed so much. Trajectory Medical makes lofty promises, but they fail to deliver on even the most basic level of care and support. The services are overpriced, the quality is subpar, and the staff seem more focused on pushing unnecessary treatments than on providing real help. It's heartbreaking to see a company that should be championing veterans' well-being instead taking advantage of their trust. Veterans deserve better than this. Trajector Medical got my compensation claim increased that is why I am giving them a 2-star. Please BEWARE: you will be charged 5X the amount of monies you will earn from the VA. Not only that, if you are a military retiree they will also tap on your retirement pay if you go over the 50% VA rating threshold, due to your retirement pay also increasing. Like others, you will be stalked until you pay them, either by phone calls or emails. I also experienced being pressured to pay them a lump sum once they send you their invoice. Other experiences: Staff do not communicate--they will call/text/email you for the same thing. Examples: I already paid their invoice over a week ago, and today I got a call asking if I had received my decision letter. Also, during my claim processing, I was placed on Team Bravo, but I received calls from Team Echo, it was confusing to figure out who you were dealing with. Folks get it together!! Review carefully the compensation claim they provide/develop to ensure it is complete and free of grammatical errors. Their assistance with the C&P exams consisted of a review of videos, no video call or phone calls to assist in getting you prepared for these critical appointments. I was also stalked to provide feedback, so here I am providing feedback which hopefully assist other fellow veterans in making an informed decision in choosing claims assistance services. read more

An absolute scam! They prey on veterans and essentially take your money. They charged me $7,000 and when I lost my 100% two months later they expected me work with them again and waste another $7,000. Veterans, avoid these people. Beware: They have wording in the contract that will SCAM you out of more money, when they do nothing to earn it. They claim to be about the Veteran, but truthfully only care about getting Paid. Worst decision I've made was to use this company. They went from not getting anything, to not only getting their fee but an extra 25% because the VA made a mistake. They call it a "CUE" and it was only because the VA mistake that they were getting any money at all, but because of this "CUE" they believe they are entitled to more of YOUR deserved disability.
