The drinks are fairly cheap and they always have some sort of promotion on as it is very student friendly. There are areas for dancing, standing around (if your not a dancer) and also areas that you can sit down where it is quieter and have drink and a chat. I always find it is very clean there and the staff genuinly seem to be having a good time there. They quite often do personal appearances for minor celebrities - which usually are rubbish but it brings a bit of energy to the night. One that you cant go wrong with!

I think the main focus of jesters is navy men and drink, there is no character to the place and you certainly would not be looking for your lifetime partner in here. the music is fairly good, with most up to date chart music being played. drinks are ok but the weekend evenings see the prices very expensive for the venue in my opinion. I think the main thing i don't like about this is the seedyness of the place - it seems to be a bit rough and i have felt intimidated being here at times.overall would probably not go here too often.

I've heard that they have sometimes live music which is good and they also play unconventional stuff like Japanese Hip Hop. It is a café by day and this serves some great food at reasonable prices, although probably not where you would think first of going. Then by night the place turns into a hive of activity and is a really good atmosphere the drinks are a little more expensive but you don't seem to mind once there. People are friendly and I have never really had a problem coming here, there have never been any fights. Staff are friendly and seem happy to work there.
