I understand life happens, but when she has unending excuses for why the box couldn't be shipped and why she can't offer the immediate refund that I should get, and then just ignores my emails, I have very little understanding for that. Very unprofessional, dare I say scammer? She took my money and ran with it and offered nothing in return but excuses.
