Reception seems to be better covered these days and phone is usually answered much quicker now. I have to go out of my way to get there but it is well worth it. The therapists are well trained, prices of treatments competitive and the convenience of a free car park where you can quickly run to the safety of your car, after having such treatments as eyebrow waxing where you don't look your best after treatments such as this!!! Paula, the owner, is very customer focussed and ensures that clients feel special each visit. As the other comment mentioned about the reception not being manned, the answerphone is always on and they DO call you back when you leave a message as soon as they are available. I certainly have the patience to wait and wouldn't go anywhere else.

ABSOLUTELY BRILL…read more Kay the owner/therapist is such a lovely kind friendly genuine person so easy to get a long with, i wanted a pamper party for a large group of people and kay gave me a tailor made package as instead of some of the thing's she provided in the price i wanted some other thing's to suit the occasion and she did it spot on, the treatments were brilliant and it was such great value for money which is what we need at the moment(great treatments cheap lol) Almost every single person who attended the pamper party has rebooked and i know shes had another 2 pamper parties off just 1 of the guests i honestly can not recommend anyone any better than Beautification, She will go anywhere in Wakefield, Leeds, Dewsbury, Huddersfield all over west yorkshire and for her larger pamper parties and coorperate events all of england.
