Belligerent, messy painters. Spills and damaged roof sheet metal everywhere. They litter in the…read moreyard if a garbage pail is closer. This is the worst service crew I have ever hired. They left all of the masking paper in my yard to blow away in the monsoon winds we are having every night. They were breaking up old dried-out paint and reconstituting it to a whitewash for some kind of undercoat or primer. I have no used dried-out anything on my contract. The painter tried to be intimidating, he told me he was done. So did the masking guy. They still owed me one coat of elastomeric paint and left. They had chances to fix or prevent this and did not have sense enough to do it. There are Reviews on BBB complaining about the very same treatment. It turns out the painters were painting 12-18 degrees above recommended temperatures, they were applying the elastomer incorrectly, and they failed to perform a rollout before the elastomer dried. Wayne Logan has problems, he won't take accountability like a good businessman and has no idea this is not right. He owes me far more than he offered to clean up this huge mess. He had at least 7 warnings and his painters that many more. Best stay clear for a while, is my opinion. His painters are thinking about the next job instead of the one they are doing. They do both speak English by the way.

Gabriel said he could do our home in seven days so we went with him despite having much more cost effective offers. They left my trash full and did not take away any garbage. There is paint all over the upstairs bathroom floor and they broke the light fixture and didn't say a word. In the front room two doors were left completely unpainted. We had to check in several times to remind them that we had a deadline. We were also told the railing would be included in the price and it was not done. I'm mostly happy with the work but will definitely not be recommending these guys to anyone.
