If I could give a ZERO STAR or a negative, I would. I have been a business professional my entire adult life. I was an Engineering Manager and then a licensed building contractor for 25 years. I specialized in saving old homes which meant I have bought and sold over 40 homes in my career through many different banks. NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER have I ran across a more unprofessional and slow moving group of individuals in my lifetime! This is reflected strongest with the local branch and its loan manager, but it also is a cancer all the way through upper management at corporate. We have had so many issues with this bank screwing up our mortgage, our payments, and everything. I never write reviews, but EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE needs to know to NOT do business with this bank. Do not fall into the same trap that we did. We will be moving all of our business elsewhere. read more
