Now that I'm done dealing with this completely legitimate (1) company, I'm finally able to review these jerks. Starting many months ago(2), I was called by these morons regarding a fraudulent bill filed under my name. The bill was for a legitimate energy company based in Texas that somehow billed me for services even though I was clearly not in that area. I finally got hold of someone, and they immediately asked me to pay for something, noting that I could have the company's information if I logged in to their software (yeah, no). My file was apparently associated with some random house in Texas on a spam phone number (3) not associated with me (4). After refusing, a few calls later, as well as a few transfers, I finally got someone on the phone who could answer what the bill was for without logging into their system. After a short talk with said energy company, who happened to be very friendly, I sent an email back to said energy company, and these idiots stopped contacting me, with the issue having been resolved on all of our ends. Do your homework before contacting people for $ they don't owe. Congrats on losing thousands, and I hope you lose a lot more. 1. They are technically legitimate, regardless of how much they contact you 2. By called, I mean dozens of times by different numbers, including during work hours, before I got up on weekends, and late in the evening 3. Trying to collect a debt for services that wasn't rendered. I went to see a female doctor and she treated me like a trans person. Even tho I'm a man, with long hair I'm still a full on man. She refused to see me and told me she'd still charge anyways. I am in the process of filing suit against her for gender harassment. They keep calling. I don't owe anything to anyone. Probably have a wrong number. I told them not to call but they keep calling. It's an 816-332- number that calls me. I have reported it to my State Attorney General. Complete scam company. Kinda funny since phones show who is calling but the AG's office seemed to take it very seriously. Def scam company. I've been receiving repeated calls from TSI Collections (Transworld Systems Inc.) regarding a medical debt I was never made aware of. When they call, they do state who they are, but they immediately demand personal information before they will discuss anything further. Even with them identifying themselves, I am not comfortable giving out personal details to a cold call. When I tell them that, they insist they "can't access my account" unless I provide the information. If I still decline, the agents become rude, tell me they'll keep calling until I comply, and then hang up on me. This has happened three separate times. I tried resolving the matter directly with the original medical provider, but they told me that once an account is sent to collections, they can no longer accept payment. So I'm forced to deal with a company that has an unreasonable policy, unprofessional agents, and no interest in helping unless I disclose sensitive information over the phone. They will be receiving a lawsuit. I have told them that I have filed for bankruptcy and they still continue to call and harass me. The last caller was very rude and demanded I make a payment in full. So my attorney will handle this from here on out. Rude ass employees. For a $44000 debt, they want 131% of that added for their fees equaling me paying $58000+. That is a lot of money for someone on disability who can now barely afford to eat. read more

This company is bogus!! They claimed I had an acct with Macys, opened in July 2024. This was a lie. Called Macys. No record of acct in my name!! Got 1 star because I couldn't give a -20. I will be looking into legal action if this matter goes further than a paper scam! read more

My 88 year old FIL keeps getting calls from the 848 area code that the caller ID identifies as TSI. They call and call, but they never leave him a message identifying themselves or who they are collecting on behalf of. They never send any mail either. We have no idea if the calls are legitimate or not. If they are, it's laughable that they expect to collect anything from an 88 year old man living off SS. read more

Transworld Systems tried to collect money from me that T-Mobile had not authorized them to collect. Even the amount was incorrect. They be must violated Federal laws regarding debt collection agencies. They sent me a letter 2 months after the T-Mobile acct# ****365900 was opened when T-Mobile said they only authorize turning it over to a collection agency after 3 months. This is one of the worst collection agencies I've dealt with hence the 1 star review. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This company is a fraud. They work with a fraudulent company called Safe Heaven security who scams victims into paying thousands of dollars by binding victims into a fake contract. Then they threaten to ruin your credit score if you do not pay. Ps. I called the company back and explained to them that i never received a bill from Safe Heaven security prior to this then how can it go straight to collection, and filed a dispute with them. They STILL reported me to credit bureau, which then dropped my credit score and then blackmailed me into paying them in order to save my credit. Tell me they are not in on this whole scam. read more

Got an email from them, thought it was a scam. Called the recipient, whoops, there was. After making payment arrangements, I'm still getting emails from them. Worse still, they sent text messages to both me and my wife with numbers they should NOT have. And my wife wasn't even on the account. I called the recipient, filed a complaint with the recipient over Transworld, told them to have them fired and blacklisted. But they still continued. If you're with them, fire them and blacklist them. If not, blacklist them as they had crossed the line into harassment after I had made arrangements with the recipient. read more

They also constantly harass my family members, friends, and old job! they have even called after 9:00pm which is against the law for debt collectors. I have already reported them to the FTC. FYI: if I could, I'd leave them 0 stars!! From the "customer service" agent to the supervisors: Rude, rude & beyond rude. I paid my bill in full (over $500) on August 30th, at which time I requested a letter to this fact. 22 days later & 5 phone calls later, no letter. I have told them repeatedly send my letter or I am going to the fraud department of my bank!! It doesn't even seem to phase the people I have spoken with! FRAUD !!! This company posted a Fraudulent Collections on my credit report that was not mine, and dropped my credit score 160 points, down from 804. I'm not the only one who this has happened to from this company over the years. Many other people have said the same thing. My insurance company told me twice not to pay this $179 bill back in February, because they were going to pay it. Transworld System Inc, like other people submitting complaints on multiple websites about this company, Fraudulently posted a collections on my credit report, when the file never went into collections in the first place, just like other people. Transworld Systems Inc then attempted to Fraudulently make me pay them a bill that was not owed, just like other people. I could not get through on the phones to their customer service, like make other people complained. Transworld Systems Inc just wants you to pay for a fraudulent collections debt that is on your credit report that you do not owe. By not answering the phones in their customer service dept, it forces inexperienced victims of Transworld Systems Inc, to pay the fraudulent charge (Criminal activity by Transworld Systems Inc) that is fraudulently on their credit report. Look under the Better Business Bureau complaints this company has had over many years, plus Yelp and Google reviews for each of their branches, not just their main headquarters. Transworld is literally a fraudulent company and dropped my credit score by over 80 points because of something that was settled over 2 or 3 years ago. And now all of a sudden its back on my credit report for some unknown reason when i have documented proof that it was settled. So im failing to understand why its even BACK on my credit report when i already PAID it off IN FULL. read more

Let's start by saying if I could give them no stars I would! I had a Hospital Bill that went to them (which I was blindsided by) but that's another story. However, to make a long story short I set up a payment plan with them informing of an amount I would pay monthly. They sent my bill to collections without proper notification that there was an issue even though I paid every month. I have had multiple conversations with representatives and supervisors due to system issues with the website or just unruly customer service. The recent conversation I had with William Morrow who was to look into my issue of not recovering anything saying they agreement defaulted( because it did not) and why they did not notify me it was hitting collection. They do not send mail or call. He has yet to call back even though he assured me he would. I called back to see what can I do. The representative was not knowledgeable about paying to delete or how to send me a correspondence of a paid in full to get it off my credit. They have not stopped reporting it to the credit agency even though there is a 0 dollar balance and did not send me document as of yet that it is paid so I can do so myself. This company is so u professional and treat people who actually want to settle a debt as if it doesn't matter if we did or did not. I am reporting to BBB and more entities. A letter will be going to KMOV for bad business practices. read more

I called this collection agency for help and signed a contract in January 2014. They were very proactive about getting my business - a $10,000 claim - but as soon as I signed the agreement, I never heard form them again. They said to look at my account on the online portal, which never had any info. The salesman called me back twice but couldn't do anything. It is now 11 months later and nothing. read more
