First and last time customer. Came in , smelled and picked out 7 DIFFERENT halfs. This is where everything goes wrong. First the budtender Alexis rang up the order under the wrong account. One of us had been there already and I was coming in as a first time for the new customer discount. Instead of picking my first time customer account so we could get the 40% she was ringing up everything under the other account { this would be the second visit on the account so the discount would not apply}. This was our fault for not telling her apparently but any other dispensary on that strip would automatically assume to the use the First Time Customer, I have never had to point that out to another budtender before. Back to the 7 half's we picked out. I beg you to rewind the cameras and watch, we were there for almost 20/30 minutes picking out different strains. So I don't know how I received 2 of the same half's. Follow me. On my receipt I was charged for 2 of the same halves. So I have 4 bags and instead of 4 different names on there, there's only 2 names. WATCH THE CAMERAS. We picked out 7 different strains. We picked out 2 Green Level {$49 / ounce} strains that she scanned in under a Yellow Level {$99 / ounce} name to overcharge us. And if that wasn't the case why wouldn't you just ring up the 2 same half's as an ounce instead. That's greedy. In the mist of her ringing up everything under the right account she scanned something twice and I was doubled charged. So I was charged for an extra half, now making the total (8) but only have (7) half's in my bag. CHECK THE CAMERASSSS. When I looked at my receipt doing my double checking because I knew something was up when Alexis pulls out her phone calculator to add up prices. Why isn't your pos system automatically doing that for yall? Ive never seen a budtender pull the iPhone calculator out to ring somebody out. Real trap stars . I came back to speak to somebody because I wasn't about to leave and I was just technically robbed. I either needed by money back or the half we got extra charged for. Security was outside he asked what the issue was, we told him he radioed in told us to walk in. Shoutout to security he the only one that wasn't on bullshit in there. We walk in and this ginger/red hair lady was the biggest flop of the night. " WE CLOSE WE CLOSE WE CLOSE WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT. WE CLOSE WE CLOSE AINT NOTHING TO DO WE CLOSE. " Yeah this ginger/red hair lady at that front desk with that bookbag is the reason yall getting this long ahh review now. She blew the whole experience. Completely bombed it. Yall just took my money accident or not, I just paid for something that's not in my possession. Who are you to just completely shut out a consumer like that. This is coming from someone that own a retail store in downtown Chicago. Whoever that lady is, is nasty. That's all . Terrible attitude, terrible person. Security had to come tell her to let us in. Then she go say "WELL HE'S TELLING YOU GOOOO" . Well excuse me ms. Rudeness. Just so rude . She really completely ruined this whole thing . I wouldn't have cared to leave this review because when we went back they gave us the half. {despite me technically already paying for it on Alexis's mistake. } But whoever that lady was at that desk is the sole reason for this one-star long review. I'm not even blaming Alexis anymore for swapping prices and overcharging me twice. and l left her a $10 tip I'm blaming that ginger / red head at the front desk with the bookbag. Drove 3 hours to come here on 4/19 to get the special deals that was advertised only to be told by the girl working inside as a bud tender that we had to hurry because she only had 20 min to check us out. She did not want to show us the things we asked for or about. Also told us that we could not be rung up in several transactions like everywhere else does, so that we had to basically stop purchasing. Said they were giving us a 25% new customer discount, but what we had to pay seemed high... so we checked our receipt against their advertised prices for the exact items we purchased, and found not only did we NOT get a discount, they actually charged us $70 OVER their advertised prices! DON'T bother shopping here if you need to use the washroom. There is only one restroom and although there are plenty of customers to use it and they have a porta potty in the back, the managers allow the workers to take their 15 minute break in the bathroom, who cares about the customer standing and waiting. This place is a joke. Management is even worse. I will never visit this establishment again.
