I am very pleased with my entire experience with this firm. Lawyers don't make miracles, they work with the law. This firm's expertise has made me smarter when dealing with legal issues. Therefore; I know how to gauge my expectations regarding outcomes. If you are willing to learn and take advice this firm will do a fantastic job. I never write reviews but after my experience, I felt greatly compelled. I had Zach and he's unprofessional and disrespectful to someone who has earned it in this lifetime. Never returned calls, unless, I called incessantly and then called nearly 30 minutes late for a scheduled call when I work in the medical field and see patients which shows he has no regard for my time or occupation (these are not isolated incidences). All this guy does is tell me what he can't do instead of getting the results or preaching to me in a condensing manner about maximizing my custody time when I live four states away with little room to get time off due to my occupation-something that I shouldn't have to explain to another professional or perhaps absent common sense. If I represented my patients like this so-called lawyer represented me then I would have lost my job ages ago. In summary, don't waste your money with this individual. The best feeling was calling today and firing him and this law firm. My only regret is that I wasn't able to do it in person. This is a horrible firm! Angela was absolutely rude, couldn't remember my name. I paid her firm $1500.00 to help me to get child support payments. I am a single mother who saved my money for months, I even told Zach that he was my last hope to get my children the help they deserved. She took my money, then billed me again right before my hearing knowing that I had no more money. Then she withdrew my motion with Marion County, so the judgement wouldn't be finalized. Now my children had suffer even more! I told them we were going to get the help we deserve. That is the worst part. Angela Trapp is a disgusting attorney! Well what can I say about Trapp Law firm. For starts their is not good a I can say about them. Zack is the lawyer that we was signed to which it started out fine we payed to talk to him and told use that our case looked good that we had a chance to win the case. So after a year dealing with him for about a year then he starts talking about the case is not looking good you might went to get prepared to loss this case. So after about a year with Trapp Law and about $5,000 the case is in worst shape then it was from the start. I think we might have talked to Zack maybe three to four time the whole time we dealt with trapp law and was charged for every little time that they have done and we are talking 40-60 dollars for them to wright or even read a simple email. Then they charged for every second you are on the phone with them. Whether it the reception or whomever answer the phone. Then all the information that they have gathered was suppled by myself or my wife. So we pretty munched paid out $5,000 for nothing but a hassle.
