Leo called and stated that they had found a place to donate it - which I had tried to do before setting up the appointment with them. I was really happy, as the piano was still in decent condition. They also requested to pick it up a day early so they could bring it to the donation site. Because of this I wasn't able to move the piano to the driveway, as previously planned. They came and assisted getting it down the porch stairs and loaded it up. Excellent experience, friendly, and professional. I recommend this company.
