Tammy was sooooooo sweet. When I went to pick it up, she said she accidentally made an extra copy of it and she gave me the second one at no charge. I highly recommend them. Unless Allied has obtained edge trim equipment, TJs is the only place in town that offers this great service - you get an inexpensive 'frame' cut to size to fit your print. It typically comes in black, gold, and silver. Thanks Tammy, BF loves her poster and it was fun to be able to keep the "freebie" for myself!

It took 3 weeks and 4 visits for me to realize Fast Signs was unable and / or unwilling to deliver a simple print job. Not only was I lied to about the delivery date they attempted to blame for all the miscommunication. I had the receptionist roll her eyes at me when I questioned why the print wasn't finished on time and when promised, my original working PDF file was grossly altered in front of me to cover their mistakes and then found myself standing toe to toe with their young, inexperienced junior artist who was indirectly threatened me after throwing the unusable prints into a corner. The owner had to step in between me and the artist to diffuse the situation. The artist told me I had to learn "respect". The owner then decided to refund all money but not before I had to inform him that the junior artist wanted to have, but failed, a staring contest with me thus trying to intimidate and further threaten me. I strongly urge everybody to reconsider using this business.

This meant that they only had a few hours on Friday and Monday to produce the banner. One phone call, a few email exchanges, and my banner was ready to pick up at 10AM Monday monring.
