There are requirements before entering every country and Visas and health forms you need to fill out. Phyllis made it so easy for my husband and I to know exactly what is required and when to start the process of applying for visas and when to take our required covid tests. She not only booked and organized the hotel and excursions but checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly and to double check that we started the process to get to the next location. We did have some issues arise with one of our hotels and Phyllis was on top of the entire situation and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. It's right next door to one of my favorite Banh Mi shops, so I've been past here frequently and I've found myself staring at their window posters and stickers and advertisements on a number of occasions. They seem very angry and hostile against China. That's okay because I totally get it, but with so many Chinese people living in Houston, that seems a little abrasive. Still, I'm fine with them expressing their opinion. They have a mixed reputation and some people swear by them, whereas others stay well clear. I do feel a little uneasy when I read some of what they have in their window, but there's probably a lot of genuine complaints there, in fact I'm fairly sure there are, and I think feeling uneasy is sometimes a good thing.
