By law, we are entitled to this information, so Rosy: educate yourself please, ignorance is sad in a land of opportunity. Advice, if you're from another country and working here in the states, acclimate to the culture and the caliber of service and attention required to treat and KEEP clients. It appears you have to be a part of a group to be eligible for tickets. The professional team at BruMed went beyond in preparing this trip. The seats, close to the stage, were amazing. They offered a "pre-trip" itinerary that was also excellent. We were able to see the Shroud of Turin. They even were able to facilitate entrance to see DaVinci's Last Supper in Milan - something I had not been able to do during my prior visits to the city. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the BruMed Staff. Highly recommend their services.

Overseas:s highway was amazing. The highway should be one of the seven wonders in the United States. It was raining. But it was still okay. We had around 5 hours in Key West. You may use a trolley. But U used a bike. There are a couple of rental bike shops on the island. I could visit Truman's Little White House, Hemingway's residence, Fort Zachary Taylor, and Southernmost Point. The trip to Miami was comfortable, I could sleep. I could use a bathroom inside the bus. Overall, this was a reasonable trip. I loved Key West!

Looked at lots of options…read more Chose Tigertail because we could book for just the family, they provided ear protection, padded seating on the boats and they have been operating for a long time. Bert was our guide and we couldn't have had a better time! One of our kids declared it "the best boat trip ever." Bert was super knowledgeable about the wildlife, environment and sustainability. Their team obviously cares for the wildlife and is working to rehabilitate a number of small animals that they have on an island for various reasons. One of our participants was a photographer. Captain Bert was an expert fan boat operator, lining up the wildlife shots as we went. Extra points for that. Our tour for 6 people was $450 before tip. It was worth it as this was an absolute highlight of our trip!

There were 5 of us and we paid ahead of time 130.99 on Groupon for our tickets, along with an additional 8.00 a person National park fee once we got there! Along with a child. The first time we went, there was an exhibit where you could pet a baby alligator and ask any questions you had about them. This time there was nothing. This time we got on the airboat ride and it wasn't until we were headed back that an alligator was spotted! Of course we were not told beforehand that it was mating season and spotting gators was not as likely to happen. Had I known that, or been warned I would have reconsidered. I was on the other side of the boat of course so Even standing, I barely got a glimpse of the gator before he went under. We got back to the doc and that was it. I felt like I had paid almost 200 for an experience that was very different from our first trip. I contacted the company and talked with the assistant manager Mary Anne, and told her of my disappointment and she didn't seem to care. They didn't offer any sort of compensation, and the customer service was more of a "suck it up"- experience. I contacted Groupon and they said it was something that had to be worked out with the merchant. A few years ago I would have highly recommended this experience! Now, not so much. It's was overpriced and not guaranteed or cared about if you see anything.
