It amazes me the lack of professionalism and courtesy that exists. Walked into the office seeking assistance to plan a trip. First, the reception received was other than warm or welcoming. We proceeded to sit down at the table and barely began to explain our trip intentions, when the travel agent, Joy, proceeded to answer a call on her personal cell phone (again while we were sitting right in front of her waiting to discuss our travel plans). She asked us to "hold" for a minute while she answered her cell phone, however, she continued to "chat" on her phone as if we weren't even there. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting for her to finish her conversation, we decided to leave. This woman never acknowledged the fact that we were leaving, nor did she apologize for being so rude. Obviously, this is no way to conduct a business. I would hope that management takes this post to heart and reevaluates the way their agents treat potential customers. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this travel agency to anyone!

I was thinking it was going to be close to the $2000 range and was pleasantly surprised when the estimate came in at well under $1000. I went ahead and scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment. I dropped my car off at the night drop and was pleasantly surprised when at 8:00 AM the next morning I received a call from my them going over the details of what they were going to fix. I was even more surprised when I got a call at 12:00 Noon saying they were done! I had a doctors appointment in Richmond that afternoon and sure enough they completed the job in way more than enough time for me to make it. The short film is worth it -- it sets the stage for why this battle became a symbol of both heroism and futility. Walking the field, I couldn't help but note how the terrain dictated the slaughter. The Union army had to charge over nearly half a mile of open plain, with no cover, directly into Confederate firepower. The stone wall at the base of Marye's Heights remains chilling in its simplicity -- a farmer's wall turned fortress.
