Carli responded a week or two later with some basic overviews and comparisons of what each of the islands has to offer. Carli made a few recommendations on a couple hotels and my fiancée, responded with some additional questions, and we've never heard back. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP...AFTER THE INITIAL informational video, which was a basic OVERVIEW and COMPARISON OF EACH ISLAND - NOTHING! We have both tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks and neither of us has received a return call or email. When calling the Hoboken, NJ office number during their Eastern Time zone office hours, we have been immediately routed to an answering service every time. We've also even tried calling after hours, hoping to reach Carli or someone in the office. We just keep getting the same answering service that keeps offering to send another message "FLAGGED" and marked as URGENT! The answering service keeps apologizing, but apologies are not resolving the ongoing lack of any response from Carli and her irresponsible "concierge" travel group. It's now approaching 2 months before our planned vacation, and we are having to plan our trip without any assistance, and we have no time to plan our vacation, hence the reason we paid to have CARLI and THE CONCIERGE TRAVEL GROUP to make all the arrangements, as we are both healthcare professionals. This is our first vacation in almost 5 years, and after surviving the crazy life during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been ghosted by Carli and her company. Not sure why Carli has not returned our calls and emails - perhaps they are overwhelmed? However, how long would it take to send a quick response or make a brief phone call to inform us that they received our messages, and inform us that they are overwhelmed and will refund our fee that we paid for their non-existent "concierge" services. If this 5 day trip to Hawaii had gone well, we had planned to use Carli for our trips to Europe and Italy next year. Also this company has now not only lost all the referrals we had intended on providing, but we will now make certain other healthcare professionals use a different "concierge" travel company.
