We used this travel agent a few years back for a trip to Hawaii and they did a decent job with the planning. My wife and I decided to take another trip this year. Since there are zero dependable travel agents in the Sugar Land area we decided to contact The Travel Solution again.
We went by their office, but apparently they have shut this office down. According to a resident in the building, they are now working out of their home. They still have their website running, so I went ahead and called them. The phone call went to their voice mail. The next day, a woman left me a message saying she would call me back later. That never happened. I called her back twice and both times it went to their voice mail. I even sent them an email, but after two days I still haven't received a reply.
If a company can't return phone calls or emails when someone wants to use their services, then you know it would be a nightmare if something went wrong on your vacation. You'd be on your own. Just for everyone's information. I talked to a vacation rep at United Airlines and they gave us a good deal on a vacation.
