We found out the discount we got was the actually price. The wedding that was promised was not delivered. No music, no entertainment and the guests were disappointed. There were tears from frustration and the poor bride was embarrasse. There was to be some sort of refund but every time we tried to reach out there were lies upon lies. Avoid This Operator: Negligent, Unsafe, and Unprofessional…read more I strongly advise against booking this tour. We paid over $500 for a snorkel experience, but upon arrival, the captain informed us he had "forgotten" all the snorkeling equipment. Because we brought our own gear, two of us could snorkel, but my in-laws were forced to sit on the boat for the entire duration of the trip they paid for. More importantly, there was a complete disregard for passenger safety: No Life Jackets: Despite ocean conditions and the small boat size, no life jackets were provided or even pointed out. Reckless Driving: The captain took waves broadside, throwing passengers around the boat and nearly causing injuries. Hazardous Transportation: For the hour-long drive to and from the boat, we were forced to travel in a car with full, open gas cans inside. The fumes were noxious and gave us pounding headaches despite having the windows down. It is incredibly dangerous to transport fuel in a passenger cabin. Finally, be wary of the pricing. After paying $121 per person online, they demanded an additional $25 "hidden fee" per person once we reached the boat (asking for cash or Venmo to keep it off the books). They then tried to charge more for food. This felt like a total shakedown. Save your money and your safety by choosing a professional operator who actually brings gear and prioritizes safety.
