This is an old property that doesn't look like much from the outside. But the room was clean and comfortable, the gentleman running it was friendly, and so was his dog. Wi-Fi works fine. We stayed in an upgraded "suite," which operated as a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave, a dining table in a living room with large pull-out sleeper sofa (pretty good quality sleeper, tbh), and a television. A door separated that section from a bathroom and a bedroom with two double beds, dresser, television, etc. there were air conditioning units in each section. Everything was very clean, and we were very comfortable during our short stay here! The Mexican restaurant next door was also very tasty and very reasonably priced, though they did not, in fact, honor the 10 percent discount the hotel advertised they would offer. The couple who owns the facility are nice, but they have a clerk named "Lane," who is a complete jerk. He acts like he is doing you a favor by letting you rent a room and was rude. If I were Bruce (the owner), I would fire Lane. If you seek Lane at the front desk, go to another motel. read more

This was a lucky find for me. This review will sound like I was paid to write it, although quite the contrary. Looks like it just had a major overhaul and let me just say, it's a steal. I've stayed in hotels three times this expensive I wasn't as impressed with. Soft beds, very nicely furnished, even the shower I had was new tile. If you're in the area looking for a decent place to stay, look no further. I think you'll be blown away too. read more

Do not stay at this place. It smekka horrible and looks pretty sleezy. Very cheap and there is a reason for it... Pay the ectra money abd stay someplace else!!! I wish I couod give it ZERO STARS!!! read more
