Reschedule for a few days later and they don't show up, don't answer their phone - no communication at all. Had to pay for my dog to go to daycare (to be out of the house) and they couldn't even show up. Very unprofessional and I'm really bummed because now I have to go home and clean my house because I just can't stand it anymore.
