I recently bought a 2024 Elantra and added the truck to my insurance policy, which resulted in a monthly premium of over $270. After six months, when it came time to renew, my insurance rate increased. I called and spoke with Summer about this increase, the person who set up my policy. She explained that my truck's value had decreased, but the new car's value had increased, making it almost even in the end. When I asked her why my new car's insurance had gone up, her reasoning was convoluted and unconvincing; it seemed she couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. I was shocked that an insurance company couldn't clarify why a good driver like me had faced a rate increase. Eventually, I found a different reputable insurance agency that offered me a policy for $95 less per month and included car rental coverage, which would have been more expensive with State Farm. I recommend looking into other insurance agencies before choosing State Farm, or at least this particular office. They didn't make any effort to understand why my insurance had increased, and Summer seemed indifferent about my search for alternatives. It's no wonder people aren't flocking to this company; the customer service is really poor.

They call to make appointments, you can ask for monthly to 6 months, quarterly and/or annually. When I say family friendly, they are really family friendly. Ask if I need anything before my meeting, ask my family and my kid and even my health. I trust they are in the people business, getting to know their clients and their needs and how much or less they are into the knowing the markets. Pretty much you tell them how frequent you want information to what notifications and how they notify you. They make it simple and easy. I am definitely going to continue my business with them.
