He did not file the case in the correct jurisdiction . I am a client that gave him the address and zip code along with the copy of the lease and the name of the tenant. Micheal got paid for his services and I even paid him to hire the sheriff to evict the tenant. The sheriff department too, took the fees and never said that the property is not in their jurisdiction . When I asked the sheriff to come to the property and Evict the tenant, only then they told me that the property was not in their jurisdiction, and they can not do any think about it . The case has to be filed allover again. Micheal was supposed to file the case in Kenmore and not in Buffalo. or vise versa. Micheal refused to take responsibility for his work and he is redoing the work the proper way. He wasted 3 month of my time and his fees and the sheriff fees for this.
