We have used TRC for lawn care and snow removal for at least 20 years. Over the past 2 years, we have been very disappointed with the quality of their services. Every week we have to ask them them not to use their heavy equipment in certain areas so as not to cause deep tractor tire gauges in the grass which then causes muddy areas with no grass growing because they cut rain or shine. Just as the grass starts to come into the area they do it again and we are back to a muddy area with no grass again. This past winter, one of their snowplow trucks made a deep gouge into one of our composite garage door panels. We brought it to their attention repeatedly over the last 3 months - Brad keeps promising to send someone to repair it. But, three months later there is no repair or any indication when it will be repaired. Scott M read more

TRC Landscape and Snow Removal: Disappointing Service started off with good quality for lawn care and snow removal. Over several years, quality concerns were expressed to the owner, but little done to prevent the downward spiral. Mowing and weed & feed services were used consistently, but weeds over took the back yard and clover never died. Switched yard treatment companies, and within 2 applications our yard finally looks like we care about it. Should have left TRC lawn 2 summers ago. TRC Snow removal service is used. Yet, over time, service has sadly fallen from good to poor. They used to be prompt during snow storms, now it can take up to 48 hrs before we are plowed. They rarely plow our turn-around, just a push up & back. But, we pay the same price that we used to get the whole drive & turn around for, and fuel prices are half of previous years. read more
