I don't like writing bad reviews but today I decided to try Tre Pazzi, I walked in to an empty restaurant (inside and outside). I asked if I can sit outside and told yes but once I chose to sit down, I was asked to move incase there were more customers, that itself set the mood for me and made me have them box up my food and leave. As I was leaving two ladies also conversed with me about being asked to move in an empty restaurant. I paid $17 (plus $5 tip) for very bland pasta. will absolutely not return or recommend

Oh, for the love of food.. you need to make this beautiful spot a must on your to-do list! From the front, it is kind of hard to spot. It is surrounded by so many other businesses and when it comes to parking... make sure you know you're in for a nice stroll or romantic walk. Parking is very tight, and we parked down and across the star l street, around the corner and down that street for a Friday night. As my fiancée and I walked in to celebrate our one year anniversary, it was crowded, but there were still tables available. We were sat within minutes. There may have been maybe 12 tables inside and 4-5 outside. I could be wrong. tre Pazzi trattoria is a petite spot with your craving for  Italian Cuisine. All dishes are made in house and prepared using local ingredients when they are available. Worth simplicity and freshness being the key to authentic cooking, your in for a treat! We started with a few glasses of water and bread with butter. We decided to go with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil to dip in. We also ordered streamed clans in a white wine. For our entrées, we ordered the carbonara - Umbria linguine tossed in a sauce made with egg, fresh parmesan, and crispy pancetta. My fiancée ordered the Lemon Pillow Gnocci - pillow shadow gnocchi stuffed worth Grana Padano cheese and ground black truffle in a lemon butter and she sauce with chopped walnuts... I was told service was very slow... but I liked that I got to enjoy each course throughly. The bread they broth out was a little over cooked. Burnt on the bottom, with a sour bread. Sour dough? I don't know, but worth butter, it saved the flavor. The streamed clams were so delicious! The broth they were served in was so succulent. Entrées! The Carbonara was so delightful and light for being a pasta dish. It needed a few dashes of salt and perfect-o! The lemon Gnocchi was SOO DELIGHTFUL! Light worth HUGE FLAVOR... it was so delightful worth the sage and walnut. Both dishes are highly recommended! Service was pretty good. We had to ask for water refills, we had to ask for butter when she brought a new toasted bread. She was really sweet. Since we were celebrating our one year anniversary, our lovely waited rang in a celebratory dessert! We had the best dinner we've had in a long time thanks to The Pazzi Trattoria! It was SO DELICIOUS! We didn't feel rushed celebrating... it's not a quite romantic setting, but it was exactly what we were expecting for delicious, savory food! It was romantic just being in the company of my handsome man!

6/21/2025 all Menus pictured on Yelp are do not reflect today's current food prices are much higher.

Food, poor quality, bland, pasta overcooked and cremated. Ordered Pesco pasta. Menus stated four pieces of fish, plate came with three pieces of fish, waitresses response to me when I ask why we only received three pieces of fish, was " oh I forgot to tell you they changed it to three pieces ", yet she couldn't tell me that when I ordered, charged full price for my plate. None of the Yelp menu shots represent current menu pricing of food items and pricing is high. Service, un-welcoming, but we will gladly take your money approach. Waitress appeared disheveled with food stains all over her shirt, table service was poor overall. Double standards on dog policy (after speaking directly to business owner) wait staffs rules are different than the owners rules. Ambiance overall weird, odd, un-welcoming and got the feeling there is a disconnect between staff and owners vision. Second visit to this restaurant, won't return.

Mmm... pasta heaven…read more.. After a fun day with my neighbor, we decided we wanted to get something good to eat... and when we are together, we like to go all out. Pasquale's has been at the top of my list for a long time. It's located in downtown Auburn surrounded by other good places to eat and shop. The parking lot is tiny, but there is plenty of street parking available. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. When we walked in (close to 3), we were in awe of how beautiful it is in here. It was not busy, and we weren't at helped away, but that's ok because we were able to admire how gorgeous it was all around us. You can't help but notice the big cheese wheel in their display case. When I think of my favorite kind of pasta, it involves a cheese wheel... There is a bar top with high top chairs just waiting for you. They offer draft beers, wine and a full bar... but we decided we wanted a booth today. Inside Pasquale's is a brick wall interior with wooden flooring, where booths and tables are set up. It was cozy and very inviting. We barely glanced at the menu and knew right away what we were going to order. Now, I normally do not order anything with alfredo from anywhere... but something told me not to pass it up this time. I ordered the Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo, and Mary ordered the Lobster Ravioli. We also wanted a couple of Expresso Martinis to start. I think we were both starving, so we also ordered garlic bread to come out first. First, the Expresso Martini's arrived. They were in in a stemless martini glasses. They feature the same iconic, V-shaped as traditional martini glasses. I loved the way they were garnished with 3 coffee beans on top. The taste was rich with bold flavors that had a crisp kick of vodka. If I ever have an Expresso Martini from anywhere else, it'll forever be compared to this one. 5/5 Our garlic bread arrived shortly after we started sipping on our Martinis. They had the perfect crunch. The warm butter builds up with every bite to let you know it's there. Not overwhelming, or dripping, but it was just right. The garlic flavor was great 5/5 Mary's Lobster Ravioli was beautiful... the Ravioli was made with striped pasta dough; it looked stunning. The sauce on my Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo was gleaming, and looked so smooth. The salmon looked perfectly seared, seasoned with s&p and garnished with a lemon. slice. We were ready to dig in. My first bite was the delicious noodles... a savory, velvety cream sauce. It was like fireworks were going off. The Alfredo sauce coated every noodle flawlessly. Then I tried the salmon by itself... mmmm! Crispy, flakey, and moist!!! Now together... The contrast between the tender, buttery salmon and the hearty ribbons of pasta creates a spectacular mouthfeel... and the rich, buttery flavor of the fish went perfectly with noodles! Together, it was like the grand finale of a fireworks show on crack in my mouth. 555/5 Mary and I exchanged bites of our dishes. The Lobster Ravioli she ordered was delicious.. also garnished with a lemon slice. It was exactly how I felt like Lobster Ravioli should taste. This was a perfectly balanced dish as well, because it can be so easy to want to pack on the lobster to make a good dish, but then that's how you lose the rest of the flavor of the alfredo sauce and the tender taste of the pasta... but Pasquale's nailed that perfect flavor with the perfect amount of ingredients, getting us to crave the next bite. 555/5 After reading up on the history of Pasquale's, I found out it is owned and operated by Laura McGuire along with her daughter, Sophia. Laura was a former employee at the original Pasquale T's, which was a beloved Auburn staple in the 1980s and 90s. She brought the restaurant back to life in 2023, keeping it a true family-run establishment. If you're craving a rich and comforting meal, the Fettuccine Salmon Alfredo Pasta is my go to... it is one of my ultimate indulgences. Whether you're coming in for lunch or enjoying a romantic date night, Pasquale's Italian Ristorante feels like five-star luxury. It's hearty, comforting, and guaranteed to leave you completely satisfied!

The restaurant's atmosphere lives up to it's name. Decent bar area on one side with tables in front. Dining room was clean and comfortable. The entrees on the menu sounded delicious, but we came for the tacos today. I went with one pork and one fish taco. The pork was definitely my favorite but both were good. These are what I would describe as small soft street tacos with enough meat to easily fill a larger tortilla. Sides like sour cream, guacamole, and shredded cheese are 50-cents for each portion cup. There's enough in each side cup to cover 2-3 tacos. Service was outstanding throughout our visit!

One of the pizzas was for the kids, and if you have children, you know how they can be as to what they will eat vs. what they won't touch. I order their version of a meat lover's special, sans Mushrooms & olives. When we arrived home and I saw the pizza had Mushroom and Olives, I called them, fully expecting a refund or at the very least, a credit for another Pie. The response I received--and I'm quoting verbatim--was: "We can't do anything for you." And sadly, this is the hubris--the blatant arrogance--that restaurant owners can fall prey to, when they get just a little too big for their britches. Sometimes when 'business is great', we lose a sense for the optics of the long game. Former local family that has dropped several $1,000's at New Castle Pizza over the last 9 years. We won't be back.
