It was a simple process to file the form online and the staff was quick and responsive. They dealt with Affordable Insurance/Foremost Insurance on my behalf. I've been told to expect my refund within a few days. (Unfortunately, the person with the Commissioners Office said Affordable Insurance told them they had not heard from me, which of course is untrue as I left messages that they did not return and sent a letter that was not answered. His dad Biz would have always returned a call. I was continually referred out to other people that work in his office yet I could never receive a call back from Andre himself. Twice I was told he was on vacation. I was disappointed to not hear back from him. I'm glad we were not having a need to address a claim and I just wanted to discuss my policies.
