Ridiculously overpriced for old items! There was so much junk everywhere! Waste of time

This thrift store was immaculate and well organized. The aisles were easy to navigate and items are grouped together in categories. In fact, it could be a regular boutique if you didn't know better. The staff, however, appear to be volunteers, but I didn't confirm that fact. The merchandise is all donated. Most things are previously owned/used, but mixed in are some new items, as well. In addition, there are some legitimate vintage pieces and even some antiques. There's an area for clothes sorted into categories on racks. And along the walls, a number of shelves with art work, China, and the like. And as it is an animal benefiting store, there are also items for pets -- cats as well as dogs. And there is some bric a brac and sculptures that would appeal to animal lovers. The prices are a bit higher here than the usual thrift shop, but the proceeds are going to a legitimate charity rather than a store owner, so that's to be expected. We didn't buy anything here, but it's the kind of place where you will want to, if possible. Even if just to do a "good deed". read more

Very expensive and overpriced second-hand store. I could buy these items new for what they are charging. Also not organized, there's just crap on top of crap everywhere. Used clothing was even sometimes $20 a shirt! I have never seen a thrift store with such outrageous prices for used items. Def wasn't worth the drive over here. read more

Treasures 4 Tails is a thrift store run by Everglades Angels Dog Rescue, a charity that goes into the Everglades to rescue the dogs people have abandoned there. It is so sad that the Everglades has become a place where people dump their unwanted pets out to die. I love the mission of this charity and I love this thrift store. The 7,000 square foot Deerfield Beach store is crammed with treasures. The store is run by volunteers and filled with items donated by the community. Some of it is very nice and I even saw a few antiques. Inventory includes, jewelry, furniture, clothes including evening dresses, accessories, collectibles, art, electronics, household goods, seasonal decorations, and an extensive by thrift store standards, pet section. Some of the higher end items are sold in their eBay store. My favorite find was a formal English portrait with a terriers head on a humans body. I saw a recent news story that said thrifting for presents has become popular because not only is it less costly to buy gifts and you can find unique items but it is good for the planet to reuse things instead of throwing them away. It is the in thing to thrift. So come here and support an organization that is saving dogs lives and helping the planet at the same time. I just found my new favorite place to donate! read more

Great little thrift shop and it all for a good "paws"! I mean cause. Lol... and their artwork and mirrors were all 75% off!! I got a great big piece for only $14. I almost wish I had more wall space to buy more. Some of the big frames were worth more than what they were selling the artwork for. Great place to start if you want to make your blank walls look good and I didn't have to lie to my husband about how much I spent! - kidding... maybe... lol read more

I was just looking for a different thrift shop for me and my cousin to visit in my area. I loved that they are open on Sundays, their staff is so friendly & helpful. Designers such as Lilly Pulitzer, Aerin Lauder, Ralph Lauren, Persifor . . . housewares from Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table etc. and it's so clean and what a great a cause! read more

This is a more high stakes thrift shop ( I think they get really good donations) but I managed to find a cute jeans jacket for $3.50 and some nightstands that came from Bed Bath and Beyond. If you are looking for fine china, glass ware, and curios this is a good place to go. There are many other thrift shops that are for profit joints (Typically the owner will buy a bulk pallet of used items)... many thrift shops like this one are for a good cause and hence I like to frequent those read more
