The team came into the neighbors yard to remove a rather large oak tree that a large part of grew over my home. They guys did a fantastic job from my point of view. Not only did they stay on task all day, they cleaned up every branch or bark that fell into my yard. They were much quieter that I had expected for chain saws running all day. This for one is completely illegal and for 2 nobody from this company ever thought to talk to myself or the other neighbor at the end of street. I have an elderly parent that I take care of and if she would have needed emergency services, they would have had to wait for the crew to pull the arms in from their truck and move tree branches out of the way before being able to get to us. This is completely unacceptable. 2 minutes could be the difference between life and death!
