The owner was only half interested in my concerns; and at the end of the 20 minute consultation/lecture, I still had to re-explain the job to 3 separate workers. When I began to ask about the crew's plan to fix the pits in my lawn, I was met with more ambiguity and downtalking about how 'it's just part of the work'.
