The dealership where I bought my car 8 years ago (and the only place the car has been serviced; I've been extremely loyal) told me that they couldn't help me until Thursday, if then, and that it was too bad I waited to call (again, the car surprised me with an engine light at the worst time). The gang at Silverdale Auto Sales in Sellersville told me that they'd help me first thing Monday and they didn't lie. Car was seen immediately, and they gave me a thorough explanation of everything that had been fixed, plus a bill for service that was likely 1/3 of what the dealership would have cost. WTF 35 for marker light was ok as I bought both of them whats 10 more over quoted price on phone but $175 for a fender wholly crap if he would have said $100 I would have gave in and bought it and they still would have made money ! They probably got the car for free because someone wanted it out or gave scrap value for it 500 bucks... car was picked apart so they definitely made twice what they paid for it.
