Trendy repeats are liars and thieves. I consigned there then checked back periodically on my balance. I was told either I didn't have one or it was too late in the day and their computer was shut down so they couldn't check. THEN TODAY, I go to check again but this time my account has been deemed inactive and I no longer have anything there. So I'm out the stuff I consigned and they kept the money from anything that sold. They're also generally rude and unpleasant people to deal with anyway. BEWARE they get one star because zero isn't an option. read more

Store was clean and organized. Prices were on the higher side for USED dresses. Had lots of beautiful dresses but unfortunately staff members were rude and not very friendly. Their dressing room policies are absolutely crazy! I wasn't even allowed in the dressing room with my child and we witnessed the associate belittle another lady about using the dressing room. Today was a red letter day for Kristen Simpson and I. They legit treated us like trash and have gone as far as commenting on my size. Mind you, every dress I pick out was in my size range, bc all clothes fit different right??!! After one dress (the first and only) was not flattering on bc they style was bad I was going to move on and try the others. But the person "assisting" me took it upon herself to say nope nothing else will fit they are all too small. What the actual fuck! Are you kidding me!! I would implor my friends and friends not shop they!! I can not believe I had this experience, it's the first time since moving here I felt I was genuinely treating like trash and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience! And for some reason they love lying and saying they asked you to leave or you go belligerent etc. Bold faced lies I hope they get closed down for good soon!!! read more

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY BUSINESS! Instead of refusing items you bring in, they accept them, then charge you $5 to steam them. I've never consigned items and had a negative balance on my account. When i got upset about this... they banned me from their store and DONATED my items before the contract was up. read more
