The prices indicated on their website were better than the competition in the area so I decided to give it a shot. I called first thing in the morning and requested $100 worth of flowers to be picked up within the hour. Service was excellent and everything was ready for pick up as soon as I arrived (I thought it would get delayed due to it being close to Valentine's day). The flowers themselves were amazing and were warmly received (pictures of one of the bouquets included). I highly recommend Irene's and will be coming again for my floral needs.

It is a bit of a drive to get up there and the hours weren't convenient on the weekend. But since it's free shipping over $50 or less than $5 for shipping locally for seeds, it was just easier to order online. Plus a site wide 10% off or 20% off for over $75 in purchases. Hopefully the seeds germinate well.... Lots of cool varieties of cherry tomatoes I picked up and different unique greens I wouldn't normally see in grocery stores. Can't wait to grow my own watercress too... We'll see! Check out process is a bit tricky, there's no profile set up to save your cart and also I had issue with checking out with my credit card through Stripe but PayPal worked fine. There's also an option to choose ship in recycle packaging to be a bit more sustainable too. I tried to email customer service to tell them I want to add more to my order and to pause delivering it. It's been over a week and they didn't reply to me but the packages have arrived quickly and promptly. I don't think they have much support in customer service at all so if you do have a problem with your order, you're unlikely to get a reply unless you write a review... hence the low reviews on Google. I didn't notice them delivering in an outer package that was recycled but perhaps they meant the individual seed package is in recycled paper. I thought it would be the outer package. I think if I were to order again, I would opt out of recycle package because the seed package looks to be printed in regular printing paper exterior so if you get even a drop of water on it, it distorts the writing on the package and the print kind of washes away. Also a bummer the day after I ordered they decided to have 20% off the day.
