Because we travelled here from afar, we did not buy anything, but had we lived closer, I could see myself buying a few things to decorate our home with. Totally cool that you don't like the current President; I loathed the former President. Yet, I didn't go around saying things such as "F$&@ the President." That is in total poor taste. Plus, if you are trying to sell merchandise, it seems like you might want to be Switzerland. And maybe the loss of my business is made up by all those who support those who say things like "F$&@ the President," but why take that chance? I definitely will not suggest anyone visit this establishment.

I was one of the many who feel in love with the old Junkyard Market. The big yellow building on…read moreRoute 70 with all the quirky statues outside. It was a wonderful roadside attraction to shop and take pictures. It is now in a much smaller building with no roadside appeal. The owner is very quick to anger. She lashes out to everyone who comments on the difference between the two locations. I commented on a post in which she found fault with someone else's post. So what did she do? She blocked me. I wasn't unkind in any way. In fact, I was trying to talk her off the ledge and point out all the positive things she should be grateful for. Well, the truth of the matter, is that the two locations ARE very different. The old location was fun and interesting. The new building is small, tight, and unappealing.

Good condition pieces, very honest owner about authenticity. If you want a piece of the past (or three) for yourself, do come to this store.
