recently moved to Harrison and was looking for a all in one salon. I booked an appointment with Trenz for dip on the fingernails and gel on the toes...I arrived only to be told they didn't have my appointment down for my fingernails...just as well! I went ahead and stayed for the pedicure only to be disappointed!. Taylor who was my tech did a horrible job! I asked for her to "cut" my toenails and she replied "I was going to file them" then had an attitude because I said no I want them cut. Taylors service was one of a student just out of school with. and had no business being on the floor! Taylor never used the cuticle pusher, did not remove my cuticle, barely scrub the bottom of feet so I left with the same dry skin build up I had when I went in. Taylor only used an orange wood stick for my service! I called and asked for a refund but the owner Missy stated that wasn't going to happen, no matter how dissatisfied I was but offered another service with a different tech..reluctant I agreed only to be extremely disappointed again. if your taking clients then you as a tech should know how to give a REAL pedicur, meaning cut and remove critical, scrub, massage, and POLISH CORRECTLY!!! I have had better service with a 5 yr old. My polish was so thick and tacky, on one toe the polish came off as soon as I bumped it on something! my rating for Trenz salon is -0 horrible service and shame on you Missy for not exspecting more from your "students" I didn't add that the customer service and greeting when I walked in was one of a "student" everyone gathered around to figure out what was for lunch instead of greeting and giving a full service attention. vibe was horrible! read more

This place is very nice, and smells good, but the young lady that cut my hair did an absolutely AWFUL job, I asked for a trim and she basically cut my hair WAY to short, and did trim a little and then ask if I want to go shorter, she just chopped it off and that's just the side, she did awful on the front I am so disappointed because I have never had a bad experience there until now. read more

Not as professional as their prices may indicate. Not accustomed to paying for services ala carte as far as arm waxing is concerned. Prices are misleading as I was expecting to pay $20 as quoted for lower arm waxing and when I was billed it was $40. I mean really, who has one arm waxed? I have been in numerous shops around the United States and this is a first as far as pricing like this! I am appalled! read more

Oh my gosh. I had my hair bleached from black to blonde. It looks super natural and I had it layered and got bangs. Maria was so nice and she made sure I was comfortable for the three hours I had to be there for the long process. I would definitely recommend this salon especially if you can get Maria. read more

Two stars are generous for this place. I don't usually leave bad reviews I hate to. But the girl who did my hair here was not very nice at all and she charged way too much. She messed up in at least three different ways and even though I didn't tell her she still expected A tip after me paying out I'm pretty sure $80. She literally cut the die she put in my hair completely out and admitted it. I was so surprised and not in the Goodway I've never been so unhappy with a haircut. I've gotten my haircut at the cosmetology school and got way better quality for 60 bucks and they fix any mess ups free of charge. The girl insinuated that I should come back for extra dying on my hair maybe even two times never mentioned once it being free so I didn't offer to come.there was no way in hell I was going to pay her 80 more dollars. She didn't even get my haircut right and I showed her three pictures she didn't even apologize and she rushed me. I didn't really know what to say to her. She really messed up my hair honestly she should've charge me anything for what she did but I've never been the type to complain. I do think though that this needs to be rated.The studios also are very open and I don't like it no privacy at all between you and your petition. read more
