I then said I'll hire you on the spot. He accepted and asked for all of our expansion areas and plans. Once we compiled everything and sent it to him. A few hours later he told us that he took on our competitor and would not be working for us. Three problems here, 1. we hired you first. 2. He now had all our secret growth strategies for the upcoming year. 3. He banned further communications between us on fiverr so he didn't have to own up to his crooked business dealing . I have been harrassed at my home by a technician lookin for payment which I'm pretty sure wasn't his job, been told to go ahead and cancel by a customer service tech when their equipment did not work properly, and basically just never had a good experience with them. Last time I talked to them I told them to come get their equipment from my curb cause that was where i was putting it. I would go out of my way and pay more just to not have to deal with Charter. I understand there is not many better options in Rochester Minnesota but I would strongly recommend not going through them for your media needs.
