I wish I could give minus stars, because giving them one star is too good. They list houses, you make arrangements to go look (with your own Realtor), you want to make an offer but have a couple of questions. Your Realtor calls....and calls.....and they NEVER call you back. I tried calling and emailing with the same result. Ten days later, the house is "pending". Did they ever stop to think that maybe our offer would've been better ?!? After some searching, I discovered that this is their M.O.....they don't return calls. This is the most unethical Realtor I have ever had to deal with. I am going to try to keep this short. I have made 2 offers on a property listed by Trevett Group LLC. They sent a counter offer to my realtor at 6pm in the evening via email, and never bothered to give a courtesy call. My realtor received the email late and called me first thing in the morning (830am) to tell me about the counter at which point I had accepted. She responded to the Trevett Group LLC via email that I accepted the counter and whom to make the check to. In the mean time I am driving to the bank to get the check and proof of funds in the middle of a snow storm, to get a phone call that they had sold the property to someone else late at night. So after countering me at 6pm they went a head and sold the home to someone else a few hours later, giving me no courtesy call and no time to accept the counter . My Realtor called them several times which they did not answer, nor return the calls. The next day I was still furious. I decided that since They refused to return phone calls I would go directly to their office to find out what was going on.(in the middle of an ice storm because I was that upset) and met Tom Trevett. I asked for answers, and got none. Tom said" real estate is 247, and the bank was in CA." So that means it was about 3pm in CA when he sent the email to my Realtor, and apparently they do real estate deals after hours mid week in CA and Trevett does deals in the middle of the night here.This is not a good company to do business with. If you are trying to buy property that they have listed, good luck. I would urge anybody having similar deals to report them. I agree with the other person rating. they do not deserve even 1 star, They are terrible. read more
