She directed me to the patient registration desks where I was greeted by another friendly employee. After she checked me in, I was directed to the waiting area of the lobby to wait for the person to do my blood work. After a very short, wait, I was taken back to have the blood work done. Yet again, the person doing the blood work was friendly and engaging, It made me very comfortable. He explained his process of finding the best location to take my blood and it was done quickly and painlessly. I've been to this hospital multiple times for myself and with other people and I've seen nothing but the highest quality facility and staff. There is nothing I could suggest that they could improve upon.

Okay so i'm not a leave a review kind of person, but I couldn't let this go…read more I'm pregnant with my first and was doing the Panorama and Horizon blood testing for congenital defects, checking if i'm a carrier for anything etc. I went to this lab to have it done on Monday April 6th around 5:15 pm. The phlebotomists were sweet and an easy stick, but they were asking me what to do with the test. ? I don't know my doctor said hand you the box. A week and a half later I don't have my results so we call. They canceled the test. These professionals didn't know what to do with my test, and instead of calling my doctor or utilizing the resources listed inside the box such as a phone number and provided labels, they instead took my blood samples, threw them in the trash, canceled the test and continued with their day. This is the health of my child and my own health as well and they couldn't care less. If you can avoid it I would not go to this lab. It's okay to not know something - it's not okay to dispose of a sample test that costs $400 and not even notify me while I'm waiting for my results. The one star is for the woman working the front desk. She was very sweet. And really everyone was nice. But throwing my test away like trash is unforgivable.

I sincerely miss the positive environment that was professional. They made me feel like I mattered to each employee. It was great to learn ways to improve my shoulder & arm pain while working out. Really wish it could be ongoing to prevent more injuries. Easy to get suitable time scheduled for appointments, too. I want to especially compliment & thank Brent, Alex, Jeannie, & Tiffany. What a warm environment is provided by these individuals! Also enjoyed chatting with other patients going thru similar therapies. Wish my insurance would allow me to continue rather than stop just when I started feeling better!

I actually went to Beacon because of Dr. Langenderfer and I highly recommend him to anyone needing ortho care.

The Dr told us one thing and charted something completely different in my husbands chart. He wanted us to schedule the follow up appointment wanting the MRI done by the date of the appointment and stated Beacon was the only location who could provide the MRI he needed. When scheduling the MRI it was complete phone tag and stated they could not get my husband in even if the MRI was marked STAT. Today, was a mess within its self. His scheduler Tabetha was rude and nasty would not let me talk talked over me. Then processed to tell me it was our fault that my husband has waited over a 1 yr for a second opinion and that we were rushing the MRI. I would not recommend anyone to them!

Discussed some pain I was having in my knee and was given enough information to interest me to schedule a session at the clinic. Worked through my hip and knee pain by focusing on stretches in the hip and calf. Also took away homework stretches that help manage pain and strengthen muscles between session. They have convenient location in West Chester with early morning appointments available. During my multiple sessions I used several tools for stretching and strengthening muscles that may have become weak and non-supportive. They offer and I've had sessions with dry needing and cupping for helping to relax muscles. Working with DPT Katie for general PT sessions and DPT Michael for dry needling, I am happy with the results seen so far. One thing, I would like to see changed/improved is increased partnership with insurance companies for in network benefits. They really put time and effort into offering non-surgical pain management solutions.

I learned how to stretch and exercise safely and felt so much better. Then I hurt myself badly one summer afternoon, just getting out of a car. I found out that I had completely torn my meniscus in my right knee - ironically the knee which had been in better shape. As soon as I could after my surgery, I was back at Stretch. The care was thoughtful and considerate - even when the work was really hard. The care was personalized: we shifted approaches as my inflammation calmed and my flexibility increased, always based on what I had to say about my pain, discomfort and what I needed to do on a day-to-day basis. Even after a setback, Stretch collaborated with me on how I could enjoy my family over the holidays while protecting my health. Eventually, we began to do more complex exercises, matching to the "life skills" I wanted back. I began to have far less problems on stairs, was able to stand for three hours at a work event, and was even able to get out of a car without moving the seat and concentrating on every move. At every step, the care I received at Stretch was skilled, compassionate, kind and customized.
