Rather that pulling trees and debris out by hand and creating a big mess their machine mulched everything up. What they did in an afternoon would have taken us years to do ourselves. I didn't have to worry about a burn pile or what to do with the cut down trees and bush they just mulched it into nothing. It was amazing to watch, anytime I had a question or concern they stopped the machine and took the time to talk to us. Their suggestions on what to clear were very helpful. At the end they suggested a trail through my forest area for me to walk my dogs. I'm so grateful for the experience they had to get that done. I call a little after 7:00 the next morning and each time have been told the driver was sick and to leave the can at the road. Seems they should have a Plan B given the fact we only get once a week pick up. However, the girls in the office I have spoken with when I call about the trash still sitting there have always been very friendly. It's not their fault nobody picked the trash up. It would be much more convenient if you could pay them on-line in lieu of having to send a check. I now make one payment for the full six months of coupons they send to lessen the hassle on me.
