We kinda knew what we needed to do, but she not only knew what we needed to do but how to do it, and how to navigate weight concerns with new vehicles and trailers in the future. She was SO well versed in the regulations and explained things quite well! I would register for a lecture if she'd teach it on stuff she knows even if it didn't pertain to my concerns in particular because she is a great speaker and I'm sure I'd come away with useful information. Funny, charming, witty, efficient, and SO SO SMART. I'm glad we drove to Tunkhannock instead of snooty Clark Summit to find this gem of a place! (The last title place I used in Clark Summit treated me like an annoyance that stood in the way of break time, and I was snarled at as opposed to spoken to... Scrap that place!)
