It is your typical Kwik Trip full of amazing prepared KT food, stocked shelves, and smiling employees. The women's bathroom had just been cleaned and the entire store was in good shape. The first pump I went to was leaking gas out of the handle where the hose connects. It got all over…read moremy tire. The handle was stuck but wasn't pumping, it took me a minute to get it unstuck to put it back then I went to a different pump and that handle also got stuck, but wasn't pumping the gas. It was easier to get unstuck and I restarted. The tap to pay was ruined on that one, but at least it didn't leak. There are no options that don't contain 10% ethanol which is no good...I don't want ethanol in my car. Some locations still do no ethanol. I also went to use the windshield wash and it stunk so bad like it hadn't been changed for 2 weeks, the water was definitely rancid. The other one had 2 handles in it and they were also stuck in the washer container. Everything I tried is stuck at this location. I will be avoiding this location now for gas needs.

I was on my way from Sun Prairie to Watertown, running a little late (my usual state, which I'm not proud of) and in need of some caffeine. I stopped at Kwik Trip to grab coffee and top up my gas tank. It's pretty big side, and very clean (I was only in the coffee/hot food to go area). They had a few breakfast sandwiches left at 11am but mostly lunch stuff (chicken sandwiches, breadsticks, pork sandwiches). There was a new apple 'pie', too, which I grabbed (I am a giant sucker for apples and anything with sugar, so ...) . The coffee was as good as ever, but the apple thing was just a flour tortilla with some apple pie filling and spices, folded up and heated. Not very exciting, but not bad either. It was only $1, so I'm not heart-broken over it. Oh, and there is a big condiment bar, which I haven't seen at other Kwik Trips (and you've known I've seen a few).

It had the $35.75 and it also had$125.00 charge pending at Kwik Trip. I drove back to that Kwik Trip and they told me they do that , the manager at the time did not know why but if it does not come off to stop back down??? Why do they put a $125. 00 charge on your card ? if they do that to everybody, they make a lot of money just hold that money overnight. I heard from several people that I know that work at Kwik trip that said since dad retired the son took over and is making changes to the business that just load up his pocketbook and this is obviously one of them , putting $125.00 charge on your debit card for a $35.75 dollar charge. I hope the dad reads this , I am also contacting the BBB and my Congressman because this does not seem to be ok!!!!!
